410 Day Registration - Promotion Terms

  1. Sponsor and overview
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by the Baltimore Orioles (“Sponsor”), in collaboration with the City of Baltimore (the “City”). The Promotion offers eligible participants event tickets and promotional merchandise for an event at Oriole Park at Camden Yards on [date] (the “Event”), subject to these Terms. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

  2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is required to register for or participate in the Promotion or to receive any ticket or merchandise. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

  3. Promotion period and availability
Registration opens on March 27th at 12:00 pm ET and ends when either (a) 5,000 eligible registrations are received or (b) April 9th at 11:59 pm ET as posted on the registration page. Tickets and merchandise are available while supplies last and are limited to the first 5,000 eligible households, based on the timestamp in Sponsor’s registration system. Registration does not guarantee admission if you do not follow check in instructions or arrive on time.

  4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Maryland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Sponsor may, in its discretion, deem employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the City, Major League Baseball, the other MLB Clubs, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and members of their households, ineligible. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility. Incomplete, inaccurate, or ineligible registrations may be void.

  5. Registration; limit per household
To register, follow the instructions on the Promotion page and submit all required information truthfully and completely. Limit one (1) registration per household and a maximum of six (6) tickets per household. Multiple registrations from the same household, address, person, email, or device may be disqualified. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate. Registrations and any resulting tickets or merchandise may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or transferred for value. Sponsor may cancel any registration or revoke tickets it reasonably believes violates these Terms.

  6. What participants receive
Each eligible household that registers within the 5,000‑household limit and complies with check‑in requirements will be eligible to receive up to six (6) complimentary paper tickets to the Event (general admission or as otherwise described), subject to availability, with up to the first 5,000 eligible households also receiving one (1) piece of promotional merchandise and one (1) loaded‑value ticket benefit per ticketed attendee, while supplies last (type, style, and size of merchandise may vary). Tickets will be distributed only in person at a designated pickup location at Oriole Park at Camden Yards on April 10, 2026, to the registered household representative. Items have no cash value, may not be redeemed for money, and may not be exchanged or refunded. Sponsor may substitute items of comparable value or description if needed.

  7. Transportation
Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from the Event. The City may choose to make certain transit options available on or around the Event date and may waive or reduce related fares or fees, but any such decisions are made by the City or other third parties, not by Sponsor. Sponsor does not own, operate, control, or guarantee any transportation services and is not responsible for the availability, cost, quality, safety, or timing of any transportation. Your use of any transportation is at your own risk and subject to the rules of the transportation provider and applicable law.

  8. Check-in and attendance
To receive tickets and merchandise, you must follow the instructions in your confirmation materials, arrive at the designated pickup/check-in location by the stated time, and present any required identification that matches your registration and household information. If you arrive late, fail to follow instructions, or do not attend, your registration may be canceled and you may forfeit any ticket and merchandise. Sponsor is not responsible if you are unable to attend for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or transportation issues.

  9. Event rules and conduct
All participants and guests must follow: (a) all rules and policies of Oriole Park at Camden Yards and surrounding areas, (b) all instructions from Sponsor, the City, venue staff, and law enforcement, and (c) all applicable laws. Sponsor may deny or revoke access to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or otherwise inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable Event. If you are removed or denied entry, you may forfeit your ticket and merchandise without compensation.

  10. Changes and cancellations
Sponsor and the City may modify, postpone, or cancel the Promotion or Event, in whole or in part, at any time, including due to weather, safety or security concerns, public health guidance or orders, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. If the Event or Promotion is changed, postponed, or canceled, Sponsor has no obligation to provide any substitute benefit or compensation, except as required by law.

  11. Assumption of risk; release and limitation of liability
By registering for or attending the Event, you understand that travel and attendance involve inherent risks, including risk of injury or illness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (a) assume all risks related to your travel to and from, and presence at, the Event, and (b) release the Baltimore Orioles, the City of Baltimore, Major League Baseball, the other MLB Clubs, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the Event venue, transportation providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in the Promotion or attendance at the Event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  12. Data and privacy
Sponsor collects and uses the information you provide to administer the Promotion and Event and to communicate with you about registration, logistics, safety, and any changes, and for other purposes described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mlb.com/official-information/privacy-policy, explains how your information is collected, used, and shared. By registering, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Any optional checkbox for marketing communications will be separate and not required to participate, and you may opt out of marketing at any time as described in those communications.

  13. Photography and recordings
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by or on behalf of Sponsor or the City. By attending, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, and likeness as captured at the Event, in any current or future media, for promotional or other lawful purposes of Sponsor, the City, Major League Baseball and its member clubs, and their partners, without further notice, approval, or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should not attend the Event.

  14. General
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with registration, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
