Christian Yelich, Jackson Chourio, Kyle Harrison, Quinn Priester and Brandon Sproat, Brewers

Yelich was placed on the 10-day injured list on April 14 with a second-degree left adductor strain. The Brewers estimate a mid-to-late-May return.

Chourio (left hand fracture) will travel with the Brewers on their upcoming road trip to Miami and Detroit from April 17-23. He is expected to begin swinging the weekend toward the end of the week of April 13.

Harrison underwent an MRI as a precaution after being struck in the kneecap by an errant throw on April 11. Manager Pat Murphy said those results were encouraging.

Priester (right neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome) is scheduled to face hitters for two "ups" or 30-35 pitches in extended spring training on April 16. If that goes well, he would go on a rehab assignment to Triple-A Nashville during the week of April 20.

Sproat, who tweaked his right knee during his April 11 appearance, is scheduled to start against the Blue Jays on April 16.

Josh Hader, Jeremy Peña, Tatsuya Imai, Bennett Sousa and Cody Bolton, Astros

Hader (left biceps tendinitis) threw 20 pitches off the mound at Daikin Park to hitters on April 14 in what essentially resembled his first live batting practice session of the spring.

Peña was placed on the 10-day IL on April 13 after an MRI revealed a Grade 1 right hamstring strain.

Imai was placed on the 15-day IL on April 13 with right arm fatigue. Imaging came back clean, and Imai will work on arm strength before he resumes throwing.

Sousa (left oblique strain) is scheduled to pitch for Double-A Corpus Christi on April 14 and 18 after throwing a scoreless inning in his first Minor League rehab outing April 11.

Bolton left his April 12 start in the second inning with mid-back tightness.

Gerrit Cole, Carlos Rodón, Anthony Volpe and Clarke Schmidt, Yankees

Cole (Tommy John surgery recovery) threw three innings and 42 pitches in live batting practice on April 12 at High-A Hudson Valley. He is scheduled to throw again April 17, either in another live session or in game action.

Rodón (left elbow surgery recovery) threw three innings and 50 pitches on April 13 in live batting practice. He’s slated to throw again Saturday, likely in another live session but potentially in game action.

Volpe (left shoulder surgery recovery) began a rehab assignment with Double-A Somerset on April 14. The Yankees estimate he will need about 55 at-bats before being activated.

Schmidt (Tommy John surgery recovery) threw 10 pitches from a mound April 10, his first time doing so since undergoing surgery in July 2025. He could face hitters in June and is on track for MLB activation sometime in August.

Jackson Holliday, Keegan Akin, Heston Kjerstad, Adley Rutschman, Tyler O'Neill and Ryan Mountcastle, Orioles

Holliday, who had right hamate surgery on Feb. 12, was pulled off his rehab assignment April 14 due to right wrist soreness. He will be shut down for a few days to allow for his symptoms to resolve before being reassessed.

Akin (left groin strain) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk on April 15.

Kjerstad (right hamstring strain) is running and participating in baseball activities as of April 14.

Rutschman was placed on the 10-day IL on April 11 with left ankle inflammation. An MRI was "encouraging," according to manager Craig Albernaz, who indicated Rutschman's stint on the 10-day IL could be brief.

O'Neill missed the Orioles' April 10 and 11 games vs. Giants after dealing with extreme dehydration, which caused him to faint on the team's April 9 off-day. He was placed on the 7-day concussion IL on April 12.

Mountcastle is expected to miss substantial time with a broken fourth metatarsal on his left foot. He was placed on the 60-day IL on April 13.

Nick Pivetta and Jeremiah Estrada, Padres

Pivetta was placed on the 15-day injured list April 14 (retroactive to April 13) with right elbow inflammation.

Gabriel Moreno, Ketel Marte and Pavin Smith, D-backs

Moreno was placed on the 10-day injured list on April 14 (retroactive to April 11) with a left oblique strain.

Marte was scratched from the lineup on April 14 with lower back tightness.

George Springer, Trey Yesavage, Shane Bieber, José Berríos, Addison Barger and Yimi García, Blue Jays

Springer exited Toronto's game on April 11 with a left big toe fracture. A CT scan confirmed the diagnosis, and it is possible Springer will be able to return as soon as he is eligible on April 22.

Yesavage (right shoulder impingement) will make what could be his final rehab start April 15 for Triple-A Buffalo, targeting roughly four innings and 65 pitches.

Bieber (right elbow inflammation) was scheduled to throw off the mound for the third time on April 11 as he continues to build up.

Berríos (right elbow stress fracture) is expected to move into Minor League rehab games at some point during the week of April 13, likely targeting 50 pitches.

Barger (left ankle sprain) is no longer in a walking boot as of April 10. The Blue Jays remain optimistic he will only need the minimum stay on the IL.

García (right elbow surgery recovery) will throw another side session the weekend of April 11-12 at the club's complex in Dunedin, Fla., and is nearing rehab games.

Blake Snell, Mookie Betts, Tommy Edman and Kiké Hernández, Dodgers

Snell faced live hitters for the first time since reporting left shoulder fatigue, throwing a 15-pitch simulated inning on April 11 at Dodger Stadium.

Betts (right oblique strain) is symptom free as of April 10. He is participating in defensive drills, but there is no timeline for him to resume swinging a bat.

Edman (recovery from right ankle surgery) is taking on-field batting practice and continuing to ramp up his running. He is still "a ways from" full speed, per manager Dave Roberts on April 10.

Hernández (recovery from left elbow surgery) is taking on-field batting practice and fully participating in defensive drills. He is on track to be activated from the IL once he's eligible in late May.

Zack Wheeler and Jonathan Bowlan, Phillies

Wheeler (thoracic outlet decompression surgery) is scheduled to make two more rehab starts for Double-A Reading on April 14 and April 19. If he makes both, he could rejoin the Phillies’ rotation in Atlanta on April 24-26.

Bowlan was placed on the 15-day injured list April 13 with a right groin strain.

Justin Verlander, Parker Meadows, Bailey Horn, Troy Melton and Beau Brieske, Tigers

Verlander (left hip inflammation) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session April 15. He will make a rehab start or pitch in a simulated game before being reinstated from the IL.

Meadows underwent surgery on April 13 to repair a fractured radius bone in his left forearm, which he suffered in an outfield collision April 9. Manager A.J. Hinch said Meadows is expected to return at some point this season but that the outfielder will miss "multiple months."

Horn (left elbow arthroscopy) was shut down from throwing and will undergo re-evaluation.

Melton (right elbow inflammation) and Brieske (left adductor strain) each threw a bullpen session April 14.

Max Muncy and Brent Rooker, Athletics

Muncy left the A's game on April 13 with a left hand contusion after being hit by a pitch. Manager Mark Kotsay said postgame that Muncy may be out April 14 but not much longer.

Johan Oviedo, Patrick Sandoval, Kutter Crawford and Triston Casas, Red Sox

Oviedo (right flexor strain) was transferred to the 60-day IL on April 14.

Sandoval (left UCL repair) was scheduled to make his next rehab start with Triple-A Worcester on April 14.

Crawford (right wrist subsheath tear) was returned from his rehab assignment with Triple-A Worcester on April 14 after making his first rehab start April 11. Manager Alex Cora said Crawford has some soreness in his right elbow, but nothing the club is alarmed by.

Casas (ruptured left patellar tendon/sore ribs) will be shut down from his rehab with an abdominal strain.

Jared Jones, Pirates

Jones (right UCL surgery) was scheduled to throw a bullpen session on April 14.

Kyle Teel and Jonathan Cannon, White Sox

Wyatt Langford and Cody Bradford, Rangers

Langford left the Rangers' April 10 game against the Dodgers before the bottom of the sixth inning with right quad tightness. An MRI showed a very mild strain, the club said, and Langford was out of the lineup through April 13.

Bradford (left UCL surgery) experienced "not a setback, but he's pushed back," manager Skip Schumaker said on April 10.

Clay Holmes and Juan Soto, Mets

Holmes left the Mets' April 10 game in the sixth inning with left hamstring tightness. He said afterward he felt he would be able to make his next start.

Soto (right calf strain) was swinging a bat and playing catch but not yet running as of an April 9 update.

Isaac Collins and Bailey Falter, Royals

Collins left the Royals' April 14 game in Detroit after diving into the stands attempting to make a catch in foul territory in the first inning.

Falter (left elbow inflammation) threw his second bullpen session on April 11 and is expected to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Omaha on April 15.

Matthew Boyd, Ethan Roberts and Hunter Harvey, Cubs

Boyd (left biceps strain) threw a bullpen session on April 12, per manager Craig Counsell. He will have a rehab outing with Triple-A Iowa before likely being activated during the April 20-24 series against the Phillies at Wrigley Field.

Roberts was placed on the 15-day IL on April 14 (retroactive to April 13) with a right middle finger laceration.

Harvey was placed on the 15-day IL on April 12 (retroactive to April 9) with right triceps inflammation after not recovering well following each of his last two relief appearances. His recovery timeline is still unclear.

Royce Lewis, Twins

Lewis was placed on the 10-day IL on April 11 with a left knee sprain. He suffered the injury during an at-bat April 9.

Ryan Pepiot, Joe Boyle and Gavin Lux, Rays

Pepiot (right hip inflammation) was transferred to the 60-day IL on April 14.

Boyle (right elbow strain) was placed on the 15-day IL on April 11, retroactive to April 10. An MRI revealed no structural damage.

Lux (right shoulder impingement) rolled his ankle running to first base during his April 11 rehab game with Triple-A Durham. It is not expected to be a major issue going forward.

Ben Joyce, Grayson Rodriguez, Kirby Yates, George Klassen, Ryan Johnson and Alek Manoah, Angels

Yates (left knee inflammation) is expected to pitch with High-A Rancho Cucamonga soon, per manager Kurt Suzuki.
