Stroman has talked about striking out more batters this season. Although he didn't do so early in the year, Stroman has fanned 14 over his last 10 innings, spanning two starts. He should have a chance to rack up some more against the Orioles.

From 2012-15, Harvey starred for the Mets, emerging as one of the best pitchers in baseball. This will be Harvey's first start against his former team, which traded him to the Reds in 2018. Harvey has won three of his last four starts.

Key to Walker's excellent start to the year has been his velocity increase. In particular, his average four-seam fastball has increased from 93.2 mph a year ago to 94.4 mph this season. All five of his pitches have ticked up in velocity.
