Reds Heads Frequently Asked Questions
How do I purchase a Reds Heads membership?
- You can purchase a membership online, right here at reds.com/kidsclub! If you're new to the club, click "BUY NOW," and complete the purchase process. You can have your membership shipped for a small fee or choose the free pick-up option and pick it up at the locations mentioned below.
- Memberships can be picked up at Great American Ball Park. Please note our Front Office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Memberships can also be picked up at any 2026 Reds home game.
How long will it take for my online order to arrive?
- It can take up to 2 weeks for online orders to arrive, but usually between 5-7 business days. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?
- If you purchased the membership online as a parent and entered your child’s information, you are already activated. You can log into the portal.
- If you received the membership as a gift or purchased in-person, visit reds.com/kidsclub and click "Activate Membership”, then click the button that matches your method of purchase. Fill out the information requested and submit the form. The activation code requested is the unique seven (7) digit alphanumeric code on the inside-front cover of your Reds Heads booklet.
I’m already activated. What is the member portal log-in information? How do I access the Reds Heads Portal?
- Your log-in information for the member portal is the same log-in as your MLB Account. The MLB username must be the same email you used to activate your membership.
What games can we attend with our free tickets?
- You can use your 2 FREE Reds Heads tickets to attend a select 2026 home game subject to exclusions and availability. Visit the Reds Heads Portal for available game dates.
How do I redeem my free tickets?
- For directions to redeem your game tickets, please visit the Reds Heads Portal.
What is the Reds Heads Scorebook?
- The Reds Heads Scorebooks contain each member's unique seven (7) digit code on the inside-front cover which can be used to activate your membership if you did not already activate online. It also contains great offers from our local Cincinnati partners! Please treat this scorebook like a gift card and put it in a safe place. Lost or stolen booklets can't be replaced for free and are subject to a $10 replacement fee due to the value of offers inside.
How do I pick up a certificate to celebrate my first game or my birthday?
- If you are celebrating a special occasion at Great American Ball Park, order a first game or birthday certificate through your MLB Ballpark app. Just look for the Fan Certificates tab. You can also stop by one of our Fan Accommodations Stations (located on the Terrace Level near Section 119, the View Level near Section 420 or in the Fan Zone) and we will be happy to print a certificate for you.
How do I RSVP for membership experiences?
- Once activated, go to the Reds Heads portal page and log in with your MLB account username and password. The MLB username must be the same email you used to activate your membership.
- Choose your dates carefully as once you make your selection, you will not be able to change it. After you register for an event, your event ticket will delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark App. If you are RSVP'ing for multiple members, you will need to switch between your memberships on the portal to RSVP.
What if my child loses their Reds Heads scorebook or other items?
- Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen items. You will have the option to purchase a replacement Scorebook for $10. Items from the kits cannot be sold individually.
