HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on 3/9/20 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 3/22/20. (the “Entry Period”). You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following two (2) ways: online via Twitter or online via website. Limit one(1) entry per person/Twitter account/game play/household, per day, regardless of method of entry.

Once you have provided the required information, click “ENTER” and your submission will be entered into the Grand Prize and First Prize drawing dates. All Game Plays must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 3/22/20.

In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, a Game Play will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address submitted at the time of Game Play, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address. It is solely the responsibility of the participant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the participant changes his or her email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Promotion Period. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on March 23, 2020 and March 30, 2020 (each a “Drawing Date”) from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59 p.m. ET on the date prior to the applicable Drawing Date (each, a “Drawing Date Deadline”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes (each, a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”). Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization; whose decisions are final. If event is cancelled or postponed, no compensation or substitution will be provided. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Seat locations at the game and, unless otherwise stated in the Prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each Winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).

NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified at the email address, postal address, telephone number and/or via direct message to such potential winner's Twitter account (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry or from which entry was submitted (the "Prize Notification") and may be required, if applicable, to privately (through Twitter direct message, email, or other secure, private means) provide his/her name, address, age and other personal information necessary to receive the Prize. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline. Each potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within three (3) days of the date of issuance.
