Following the second game of Monday's doubleheader, the Yankees made the following roster moves: · Returned RHP Giovanny Gallegos (the "26th man") to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. · Optioned RHP Luis Cessa to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
