NO RESALE, EXCHANGES, CASH VALUE, REFUNDS OR RE-ENTRY. ANY RESALE VOIDS THE PASS. Eligible registrants will have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of four (4) Yankees Ballpark Passes per account, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Sales of the Yankees Ballpark Pass are restricted to residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, with residency determined by the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. Offer purchases by non-eligible registrants will be canceled without contact from Ticketmaster or the Yankees.

Purchasing the Yankees Ballpark Pass does not guarantee that a Guest will receive the designated giveaway item on any promotional date. Distribution of promotional items is for Guests in attendance only, while supplies last. All promotional dates, items and distribution are subject to change and/or cancellation.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Download the MLB Ballpark app on an iPhone or Android phone.
  • Log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account with the same email address used to buy your Yankees Ballpark Pass.
  • Two hours before the scheduled start time of the game, your tickets will become available on the Wallet tab of the MLB Ballpark app. If you sign up for text alerts, you'll receive a text reminder when your tickets are ready!
  • Enter Yankee Stadium with the Yankees Ballpark Pass by using the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone.
  • Enjoy the game!

Q: How do I access the Yankees Ballpark Pass?

A: The Yankees Ballpark Pass is only accessible through the MLB Ballpark app beginning two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the applicable game. Download the MLB Ballpark app to an iPhone or Android phone and create or login to an MLB account using the same email address used to purchase the Yankees Ballpark Pass to access a digital QR code that will be scanned for admission to the applicable game.

Q: Does the Yankees Ballpark Pass include an assigned seat?

A: No. The Yankees Ballpark Pass only guarantees general admission access to Yankee Stadium in a non-assigned Standing-Room-Only location such as the Mastercard Batter's Eye Deck, Frank's RedHot Terrace, Toyota Terrace, Budweiser Party Decks, Stella Artois Landing and Michelob ULTRA Clubhouse. The Yankees Ballpark Pass does not provide access to any ticketed seat location, café seats/assigned Standing-Room-Only locations or portable folding chairs. Standing is not permitted in entryways, aisles, areas of seating sections or in wheelchair and companion platform seating areas.

Q: Will I ever be assigned a seat?

A: While the Yankees Ballpark Pass only guarantees general admission access to Yankee Stadium in a non-assigned Standing-Room-Only location, for some games, you may receive a designated non-premium seat. Such seat, if assigned, will be accessible via the MLB Ballpark app after entry into Yankee Stadium. Fans who wish to sit together must purchase all Yankees Ballpark Passes in one (1) transaction. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY NON-PREMIUM SEATS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. NON-PREMIUM SEATS ASSIGNED IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE YANKEES.

A: No. Once purchased, the Yankees Ballpark Pass is non-refundable.

Q: Can I resell my Yankees Ballpark Pass for games that I do not attend?

A: No. The Yankees Ballpark Pass cannot be resold, forwarded or transferred. Any attempted resale will subject the Yankees Ballpark Pass to immediate cancellation without refund and restrict the purchaser from any future Yankees Ballpark Pass purchases.
