2021 Temporary Ticket Pod Plans
To begin the season, attendance for select games will be limited at Yankee Stadium. Accordingly, we will be selling a limited number of tickets in specified temporary seating locations ("Ticket Pod(s)") to select home games ("Limited Capacity Games") in an effort to maintain New York State's physical distancing requirements.
We will continue to monitor capacity restrictions as they apply to Yankee Stadium and determine whether more tickets can be made available for purchase, as well as make available additional regular season home games in a calendar of phases ("Phase(s)").
In order to accommodate as many season ticket licensees as possible for Limited Capacity Games, we have created five (5) different Ticket Pod plans from which you may choose, subject to availability.
As additional Phases of games are introduced, usually on a month-by-month basis, the next group of Ticket Pod plan games will be automatically accessible via your My Yankees Account and any corresponding payment will be applied automatically based on the number of games included in that Phase.
For example, if you select Partial Plan No. 1, and if New York State's physical distancing requirements are in effect for the entire regular season, you are committing to a temporary location for 20 total regular season home games, with the games, and payments, being introduced in seven (7) different Phases (e.g. Phase 1 includes three (3) total regular season home games through April 21; Phase 2 includes two (2) total regular season home games through May 9; Phase 3 includes three (3) total regular season home games through June 6, etc.). See below for a complete list of potential Phases covered by each Ticket Pod plan through the end of the 2021 regular season. Mix of Limited Capacity Games in each Phase are subject to change.
Full Season Plan
Ensures you a temporary Ticket Pod location to all Limited Capacity Games during the 2021 regular season. If you select a Full Season Plan, and if New York State's physical distancing requirements are in effect for the entire regular season, you are committing to a temporary location for 81 total regular season home games, with the games, and payments, being introduced in seven (7) different Phases (e.g. Phase 1 includes 11 total regular season home games through April 21; Phase 2 includes nine (9) total regular season home games through May 9; Phase 3 includes 13 total regular season home games through June 6, etc.).
Partial Plans
Each partial plan will provide you with temporary Ticket Pod locations to the identified Limited Capacity Games during the 2021 regular season. For example, if you select Partial Plan No. 1, and if New York State's physical distancing requirements are in effect for the entire regular season, you are committing to a temporary location for 20 total regular season home games, with the games, and payments, being introduced in seven (7) different Phases (e.g. Phase 1 includes three (3) total regular season home games through April 21; Phase 2 includes two (2) total regular season home games through May 9; Phase 3 includes three (3) total regular season home games through June 6, etc.).
If New York State's physical distancing requirements are still in effect on or about July 4, 2021, your temporary Ticket Pod location and plan type will be automatically extended for the next Phase of games (as determined by the Yankees).
Regardless of which option you choose, the temporary Ticket Pod locations and plan type are only available for Limited Capacity Games. Once New York State's physical distancing requirements permit (as determined by the Yankees), your temporary Ticket Pod locations and plan type will be replaced with your original season ticket seating locations and plan type for any remaining regular season home games in your original ticket plan, regardless if you chose a temporary Ticket Pod Plan or not.
Ticket Pods are subject to change based on changes to capacity restrictions and/or physical distancing requirements. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Payment Credit
If New York State's physical distancing requirements are still in effect on or about July 4, 2021, any credit on your account relating to the next Phase of games will be automatically applied towards your temporary Ticket Pods for the next Phase of games.
Should additional payments be required to purchase tickets for your temporary Ticket Pods, you must: (a) have a valid credit card associated with your My Yankees Account; and (b) authorize the Yankees to automatically charge such credit card the amounts for the tickets for your temporary Ticket Pods for the next Phase of games on the dates that payments are due.
The terms and conditions of your ticket and policies applicable to use are updated to address COVID-19, health & safety, and may include requirements for seating pods. By purchasing a New York Yankees ticket, you accept these Terms and Conditions and policies applicable to use.
Time, opponent, date and team rosters and lineups, including the Yankees’ roster and lineup, are subject to change.
The number of innings in a regulation game shall be determined by MLB and may be shortened in accordance with MLB rules. Licensor makes no representation, warranty and/or guarantee that nine (9) innings will be played in any regulation game.
