As a Ticket Licensee, you have the ability to track the shipment of your tickets online by using your Ticket Account Number as the reference number for tracking.
- Enter your Ticket Account Number in the "Enter reference" field
- Select the destination country
- Enter the destination postal code
- Click "Track" and all available tracking information will appear
The Ticket Account Number is located above the Ticket Licensee Name on your Ticket invoice. Please make sure that you enter your Ticket Account Number exactly as it appears (e.g., 3456789).
