Beginning with the 2026 season, Cardinals.TV will be available to stream on the MLB App and on a variety of cable and satellite providers.
- In 2026, local St. Louis Cardinals games will be produced and distributed by Major League Baseball, making games available to in-market fans on cable and satellite television as well as through the MLB direct-to-consumer streaming platform.
- Nothing changes except the channel number you will turn your TV to watch the game.
- Fans within the Cardinals home television market can watch Cardinals.TV on cable and satellite television or stream live through Cardinals.TV. Information on cable and satellite providers, including specific channel locations, will be announced at a later date.
- Fans can purchase a Cardinals.TV streaming subscription through MLB.com or the MLB App when packages go on sale in February.
- The Cardinals are the eighth team whose local games will be produced and distributed by MLB, joining the Diamondbacks, Guardians, Mariners, Padres, Rockies, Twins and Nationals.
- MLB has won Sports Emmy Awards for its local game production of the Padres and Twins. In addition, MLB Network has won multiple national Sports Emmy Awards for its game production since 2009.

Are there any blackouts?
In-market Cardinals.TV subscribers can stream ALL local Cardinals broadcasts with no blackouts. (This means all locally produced broadcasts – national TV games on ESPN, Peacock/NBC, and FOX are not available on the Cardinals.TV platform). Cardinals.TV subscribers who are outside the Cardinals home territory can still watch Cardinals games while they are travelling and are only subject to the opposing team’s local blackout restrictions, if applicable (i.e. if you're traveling in Philadelphia you would not have access to a Cardinals vs. Phillies game while in Phillies TV territory).
Will I be able to watch Cardinals games if I have a standard MLB.TV package, but not the Cardinals.TV package?
If you already have the MLB App downloaded, you’re one step closer to watching Cardinals baseball! Cardinals fans living within the Cardinals home television territory must purchase a Cardinals.TV subscription to stream Cardinals games. Only fans who live outside the Cardinals home market will be able to watch Cardinals games with the standard MLB.TV package.

MLB Blackout Policy
In-market Cardinals.TV subscribers can stream ALL local Cardinals broadcasts with no blackouts. St. Louis Cardinals games streamed on Cardinals.TV may be subject to national exclusivities. Select regular season, special event, and Postseason games are unavailable on MLB.TV domestically and internationally due to certain Major League Baseball national exclusivities. However, live audio of such games is available within At Bat, which is included with all MLB.TV subscriptions.
