How does a sing-along work? Do I have to sing?
We will be showing a special cut of the film that includes song lyrics across the bottom of the screen, letting guests know when to sing along! We encourage audience participation and look forward to hearing your Freddie Mercury impressions. Guests are not required to sing and can enjoy the film regardless.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason.
What if it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine. We recommend dressing warmly as the entire event will be held outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, we will offer ballpark seating that is protected from rain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Similar to movie theaters, outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of bottled water. Concession stands and bars will be selling movie snacks, ballpark food, and a variety of premium beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Why is this screening so unique?
This past offseason, the Giants invested in a brand-new scoreboard, the biggest capital improvement project in the ballpark's history. The scoreboard is over 10,800 square feet, 45% larger than San Francisco's biggest movie theater and features 4K technology. This is the biggest video board in all of California and the premier scoreboard in Major League Baseball. For additional information please refer to our video board specs.
What is allowed on the field?
Guests are welcome to bring blankets, but lawn chairs or any type of seating are not permitted. We encourage comfortable footwear that will not pierce or damage the grass. High heels are not permitted.
What other items aren't allowed inside Oracle Park?
Please refer to our A-Z guide for a list of prohibited items. Just a reminder, that different from baseball games, outside F&B is not allowed at this event.
What is the event timeline?
The doors open at 6 p.m. Seating is first come, first served. Should the field reach capacity, seating in the stands will be provided. The Killer Queens performance will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the film will begin at 7:30 p.m. We strongly encourage guests to arrive early.
Is there reserved seating?
Seating is General Admission and first come, first served. Guests are not able to reserve space for others.
Do I have to sit on the field?
You do not! Select lower box seating sections will be open for guests who would prefer a seat. These seats are also first come, first served.
Is there ADA seating?
Wheelchairs are not permitted on the grass, but can be stationed on the warning track along the perimeter of the field. Traditional ballpark seats will be available near home plate for those unable to sit on the field. Oracle Park is designed to accommodate all patrons. Where should I park?
The Giants always encourage guests to take transit, bike, walk or Uber to the ballpark. All the latest transportation information can be found at sfgiants.com/transportation. Parking will be available in Lot A at a rate of $20 per car on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the ballpark?
Yes, tickets are available for purchase onsite at the box office, located on King Street, leading up to and day of the event. Purchase soon to guarantee field access! If the first wave of tickets sells out, additional tickets will be available in the ballpark stands.
