How much are tickets?
Tickets are $24 + fees.
Where can I sit?
Guests can choose to either sit on the field or in Lower Box seats. Both seating options are the same price and all tickets are general admission (accessed on a first-come, first-served basis). We expect seating on the field to reach capacity quickly, and encourage you to purchase tickets as soon as possible. Lower Box seats will be available in select sections along the first base line.

Can I buy tickets at the Oracle Park Box Office?
Pending ticket availability, the Oracle Park Box Office (located on King Street) will be open on Friday, October 27 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.
How can I access my tickets for entry?
Your tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app. We encourage attendees to access or forward tickets prior to arrival. Learn more.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets for this event are final sale. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to forward your tickets to others.

Where do I enter?
Field ticket holders ā enter at the Portwalk, along McCovey Cove.
Lower Box ticket holders ā enter via the gates in Willie Mays Plaza at 3rd and King Streets.
How early should I arrive?
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the film begins promptly at 7:15 p.m. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Barbie-themed photo opportunities and activations will be available inside the ballpark prior to and during the screening.

How does the costume contest work?
Giants staff will be roaming the ballpark between 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. looking for the most elaborate Barbie-related costumes, awarding select individuals Blu-ray copies of the film or Giants prizes.
Can I bring a blanket or chair to sit on the field?
Blankets are strongly encouraged for a comfortable viewing experience. Stadium seats and chairs without legs are permitted. Lawn chairs and other chairs with legs are NOT allowed inside the ballpark.
What is the bag policy?
To allow for an expedited entry experience, backpacks (including clear backpacks) and hard-sided coolers are NOT permitted. Accommodations will be made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with unique circumstances. Bags that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size are permitted and do not need to be clear. All bags are subject to inspection.
What are my transportation options?
The Giants always encourage fans to plan ahead and take transit, bike or walk to Oracle Park. Muni and Caltrain stop within steps of Oracle Park, and BART is a short walk or Muni ride away. Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
Select Oracle Park concessions will be open throughout the event, with a variety of food and beverage items available for purchase. Barbie-inspired items will also be available.

Outside food and beverage is allowed. Sealed beverage containers required. Alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard-sided coolers are NOT permitted.
Will merchandise be available for purchase?
Select San Francisco Giants merchandise will be available for purchase onsite, including pink baseball caps (limited quantity - arrive early), blankets, sweatshirts and more.
Does Oracle Park accept cash?
In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines, cash is not accepted at concession stands. Visa is preferred. Customers who do not have the ability to make electronic payments can convert cash into a Visa gift card at no cost. Please visit the cash-to-card machine adjacent to the Guest Services desk on the Promenade Level behind home plate.
What should I wear?
We encourage your best Barbie, Ken or Allan costumes! Prizes will be awarded throughout the evening to those in the most festive attire. Bring layers as San Francisco weather can be unpredictable. Heels are not permitted on the field for your own safety.
How will the film be screened?
Barbie will be played on Oracle Parkās 4K scoreboard, the biggest screen in the Bay Area. Audio equipment will be brought in to enhance the experience.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is not permitted.
What happens if it rains?
Barbie Movie Night will take place rain or shine. The Barbie-themed photo opportunities and activities will be moved to covered locations throughout the ballpark. Field ticket holders will also be moved to select Lower Box seats.
