How to Claim:
- Click Claim Redemption Ticket above
- Login to My SF Tix with the email address and password tied to your 415 membership
- Click on the “1 415 GIFT” button within the member gift offer
- Click ADD TO CART
- Click to agree to the terms and conditions
- Click PLACE ORDER at the bottom of the page
- Open up the MLB Ballpark app. Tap on TICKETS. Refresh the page. Click View All. Scroll down to the bottom of the list to see your gift redemption ticket. Tap on the ticket to access the barcode for scanning.
MEMBER EXCLUSIVE PRESALE
Dead & Company has added a third show on Sunday, July 16, 2023.
They will now be performing at Oracle Park three consecutive nights: Friday, July 14, Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16, 2023.
You will have access to an exclusive presale beginning on Thursday, October 20 at 2 p.m. Your presale access code will be sent via email at the start of the presale.
EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
20% Discount: Members receive 20% off additional ticket purchases in The 415, Left Field Bleachers (rows 6-19 and 20+) and Standing Room Only, subject to availability. Max of 4 tickets per game.
Special Event Add-Ons: Members who are attending a game on a Special Event Day are eligible to purchase an add-on (1 per game ticket), redeemable for the item associated with the Special Event. Standard 415 tickets are not eligible for the special event item otherwise. Special Event add-ons are not game tickets. A game ticket is required for entry into the ballpark.
Tickets acquired through exclusive offers may not be resold. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets purchased, loss of access to benefits, and/or cancellation of membership, without a refund or compensation.

- 415 members can enter the ballpark via a dedicated entrance off the Portwalk. The member gate opens 2.5 hours before game time and closes at first pitch.
