Ashley Connor is entering her 13th season with the San Francisco Giants, where she oversees Ticket Operations and Customer Service, leading strategy and execution to deliver a best in class fan experience.

Connor brings more than 20 years of experience in the ticketing industry, with a focus on operational excellence, service standards, and leveraging innovative technology solutions. She has led the implementation of fan-facing enhancements including Go-Ahead Entry and Giants Wallet, helping to streamline ballpark access and improve the ticketing experience.

Connor lives with her husband and two children in the East Bay.
