Jeff Berry joined the organization prior to the 2025 season as senior advisor to the president of baseball operations.

Prior to joining the Giants, Berry worked as an attorney and sports agent for 26 years with Creative Artists Agency, where he was the Co-Head of CAA Baseball. In his time there, CAA Baseball represented seven Rookie of the Year winners, five Cy Young Award winners and four MVPs (including current Giants President of Baseball Operations Buster Posey).

Berry is also a board member of the V Foundation for Cancer Research, which was founded in 1993 by the late ESPN and National Champion basketball coach Jim Valvano.
