Q: What happens with my initial investment?

A: Your initial investment is converted into Flex Membership credit to be used to purchase tickets at member pricing, discounted from full priced tickets.

Q: When will my Flex Membership Credit be available on my account?
Please allow 48 business hours for Flex Membership Credit to appear on your account for redemption.

Q: What do you mean by “member price?”

A: Flex Members get access to discounted pricing; the same price paid by full Season Ticket Members. This represents an average savings of 20% compared to single game pricing. Since single game tickets are dynamically priced, the fixed member pricing offers increased savings as the season progresses.

Q: How do I redeem my Flex Membership credit for game tickets?

A: Click the Redeem Credit button located on the Members tab and follow the instructions on how to redeem.

Q: Is there a deadline to redeem Flex Membership credit?

A: Flex Membership credit can be redeemed any time up to 30 minutes after the scheduled first pitch of a game. 2023 Flex Membership credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2023 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.

Q: What seating categories is my Flex Membership eligible for?

A: Seating categories are dependent on your level of membership:

  • Starter: View Reserve, View Box, Left Field Bleachers
  • Plus: Starter categories + Lower Box Left Field
  • Pro: Starter & Plus categories + Lower Box and Lower Box Select
  • Club: Starter, Plus & Pro categories + Field Box, Premium Lower Box, Club Outfield and Club Left Field

Q: Can I use my Flex Membership credit after the 2023 regular season?

A: No. 2023 Flex Membership credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2023 regular season home games. Purchasers do not have the right to use unused credit for games in a later season or for other purposes.

Q: Can tickets redeemed with Flex Membership credit be returned or exchanged?

A: No. All ticket redemptions are final.

Q: Can tickets redeemed with Flex Membership credit be resold?

A: No, tickets redeemed with Flex Membership credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and/or Flex Membership credit without refund if tickets are offered for resale in violation of this policy. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to open a Flex Membership. Flex Membership credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

Q: Can I upgrade tickets purchased with Flex Membership credit?

A: Yes, tickets can be upgraded the day of the game at Oracle Park. Please visit the Box Office located on King Street near Willie Mays Plaza or Ticket Services on the Promenade near section 119.

Q: Does my Flex Membership come with a predetermined number of tickets?

A: No. A Flex Membership is a bank of credit that can be used toward tickets throughout the season. Members can use their credit to redeem up to 6 tickets per game. Ticket prices vary by game and seating location.

Q: Is there a limit on how many tickets can be redeemed per game?

A: Yes, members can use their credit to redeem up to 6 tickets per game.

Q: What games can I use my Flex Membership credit for?

A: Your Flex Membership credit is eligible for all 2023 regular season home games, with the exception of Opening Day. Only Pro and Club Memberships can use Flex Membership credit toward tickets for Opening Day. Flex Membership credit is not eligible for any potential Postseason games.

Q: Can I use my Flex Membership credit to purchase Special Event tickets?

A: Special Event add-ons may be purchased separately through MySFTix. Flex Membership credit cannot be applied to special event add-on purchases. Game tickets are required to redeem special event add-ons.

Q: Can additional credit be added to my Flex Membership?

A: Yes, members can add additional credit to their Flex Membership in $500 increments. Multiple $500 increments can be added at once. Credit may take up to 48 hours to appear in your Flex Membership. 2023 Flex Membership credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2023 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.

Q: Is there a maximum amount of credit that can be added to a Flex Membership?

A: No. Any amount of credit can be added as long as it is in $500 increments. Note: account credit is only good for 2023 regular season home games and does not roll over into the next season. 2023 Flex Membership credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2023 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.

Q: If I add credit to my Flex Membership, does my membership level change?

A: Yes. Plus membership is unlocked once $1000 in total credit has been purchased. Pro membership is unlocked with $2000 of total credit purchases, and Club Membership is unlocked with $5000 of total credit purchases. Note: members do not have to have $1000/$2000/$5000 in their account at one time to unlock the next level of membership. Membership levels are based on an accumulated total of credit.

Q: Can a Flex Membership be shared by multiple people?

A: No, Flex Membership is limited to one per person. Flex Membership credits are non-transferrable to any party other than the purchasing customer and cannot be offered as a gift to any other customer or third party.

Q: Do any fees apply to my purchase of a Flex Membership?

A: Purchase of a Flex Membership is subject to a convenience fee, but separate convenience fees will not be charged for the purchaser’s use of Flex Membership credits to redeem tickets.

The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and/or Flex Membership credits without refund if tickets are offered for resale in violation of this policy. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to become Flex Members. Flex Membership credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

The Giants Flex Membership is a flexible, credit-based ticketing product that allows customers to purchase credits to be used for Giants regular season home games in the season purchased. Purchasers do not have the right to use unused credits for games in a later season or for other purposes. Unless determined otherwise by the Giants in their sole discretion, in light of the uniquely seasonal nature of Giants baseball games, unused credits will not be rolled over to future seasons. A Flex Membership purchase is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For the avoidance of doubt, credits are not transferrable to any party other than the purchasing customer and cannot be offered as a gift to any other customer or third party. Tickets redeemed with credits are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and/or credits without refund if tickets are offered for resale in violation of this policy. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to purchase a Flex Membership. Any purchases by professional ticket resellers or brokers (as determined in the sole discretion of the Giants) in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund. Your annual payment for a Flex Membership will be charged each year on or about December 1. After your initial payment, you may cancel your Flex Membership at any time, and you will not be billed for any future annual Flex Membership fees. The initial term of your Flex Membership will run from the date of initial payment through November 30; each renewal term will run from December 1 through November 30 of the following year.

Automatic Renewal. By purchasing a Flex Membership, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that the Flex Membership will automatically renew for each successive year until you cancel the Flex Membership pursuant to the cancellation procedures set forth in the following section of these Special Terms. You may cancel your Flex Membership at any time, but all annual Flex Membership fees are prepaid and nonrefundable.

Once you purchase a Flex Membership, we will automatically process your Flex Membership fee. We will continue to automatically process your Annual Flex Membership fee each year thereafter on or around December 1, at the then-current Flex Membership fee amount, until you cancel your Flex Membership. By purchasing a Flex Membership, you acknowledge and agree that Flex Membership fees will be charged to your credit/debit card on a recurring basis, without further authorization from you, and you accept full responsibility for all such recurring charges prior to cancellation. We will provide you advance notice of any material change to your Flex Membership, including for example the amount of your Flex Membership fee, before the change takes effect.

Cancellation. To cancel your Flex Membership, you must take the following action: send an e-mail to us at [email protected] or call us at 415.972.2209.

A cancellation will become effective at the end of your then-current Flex Membership term. All Flex Membership fees charged to your credit/debit card prior to cancellation are nonrefundable and in no event will the Giants provide a partial or pro-rated refund. For example, if your recurring Flex Membership fee is scheduled to be charged to your credit/debit card on December 1, you must cancel your Flex Membership prior to December 1 to avoid that charge; if you cancel your Flex Membership on or after December 1, no amount of the fee charged to your credit/debit card on or about December 1 will be refundable, and your Flex Membership will continue until the end of the then-current term.

All purchases of a Flex Membership are final. Tickets to individual games redeemed with credits from the Flex Membership are subject to the refund and other policies set forth in the Flex Membership FAQ located at https://www.mlb.com/giants/tickets/flex-tickets/faqs and to the ticketback terms of https://www.mlb.com/giants/tickets/ticketback. A purchase of a Flex Membership does not confer any ownership or leasehold rights on the purchaser. Tickets redeemed with credits from a Flex Membership are available at season ticket member pricing. A purchase of a Flex Membership is subject to a convenience fee, but separate convenience fees will not be charged for the purchaser’s use of credits to redeem tickets. Flex Memberships are available for purchase at three pricing levels: $500 for $500 credit, $1,000 for $1,000 credit, and $2,000 for $2,000 credit (each a “Flex Level”). Credits may only be used for tickets in the seating categories available for the applicable Flex Level. Each Flex Level is eligible for certain post-season rights. In no event shall a purchaser be entitled to use credits for seating locations other than the designated categories for the applicable Flex Level. All use of credits are subject to ticket availability for individual games and locations. A purchaser may use credits from a Flex Membership to redeem a maximum of six (6) tickets per game subject to availability. The Giants do not guarantee ticket availability for all games and locations. An individual purchaser may purchase additional credits, but may not maintain separate Flex Memberships at the same time.

By purchasing a Flex Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the to the ticketback terms of https://www.mlb.com/giants/tickets/ticketback and the Special Terms related to Flex Membership therein (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the entirety of the Terms, you may not purchase a Flex Membership. Giants reserves the right to update, change, modify, amend, and/or replace any portion or aspect of the Terms at any time, with or without notice, by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes and updates. By using the Flex Membership following the posting of any changes or updates to the Terms, you acknowledge and accept all such changes and updates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will provide you notice of any material changes to the provisions of the Terms that relate to Automatic Renewal or Cancellation, as well as any changes in the pricing of your Flex Membership before those changes are implemented.
