Tickets

Your mobile tickets can be accessed with the MLB Ballpark app. The free Ballpark app provides a convenient, secure way for Giants fans to use and share mobile tickets, allowing contactless entry into Giants games at Oracle Park via their mobile device. Tickets will automatically appear in the Ballpark app when downloaded and linked to your sfgiants.com account.

Tickets can also be accessed via your My SF Tix account.

Additional suite tickets will not be available for purchase at this time. We will contact you when we have the ability to increase suite capacities.

Ticket Access:

Within limited capacity requirements, suite guests have access to the suite level only. We highly encourage all suite guests to enter at the Willie Mays Plaza Gate and take the escalator/stairs/ramp to the Suite Level. Please look for the suite entrance line at Willie Mays Gate for an expedited entry experience. Ballpark elevators will be reserved for guests with ADA needs and will have extremely limited capacities. The Suite Lobby at Willie Mays Plaza and 2nd & King St. will not be available for entrance.

Suite Guest Passes: At this time, guest passes are not available. We will contact you when we have the ability to increase suite capacities and fan movement throughout the ballpark is permitted. Once available, guest passes will only be mobile only .

Children tickets: Children 24 months and younger do not need a ticket for entry at Oracle Park or the Luxury Suites. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If a printed Suite ticket is lost or stolen, contact the Luxury Suite Office for details and procedures. The ticket can be reprinted, as long as you can provide the exact row and seat number of the missing ticket. The original printed ticket will then be disabled and turned away at the gates.

Bank of America Business Center

During limited capacity requirements, the Bank of America Business Center will be closed. We will inform you when regulations allow for Business Center reservations to be made.
