- Face coverings must be worn at all times, except when actively eating and drinking. This includes the interior and exterior of the suite.
- Maintain 6 feet of distance between your suite neighbors.
- Do not sit in seats that are closed off to ensure 6 feet of social distance from other suites.
- Access the restroom closest to your suite. Follow signage and protocols.
- To prevent cross-traffic of fans throughout the building, Suite guests are not permitted to leave the suite level, unless exiting the ballpark. In addition, guests will not be allowed to visit the suite level. Therefore guest passes will not be distributed.

Oracle Park Wi-Fi
Connect to our free Wi-Fi network, “XfinityWifi@OraclePark”. No password is required.
Televisions
Suite guests have exclusive access to in-game replays and expanded coverage of satellite broadcast games on two in-suite and one balcony flat screen TVs. Check your in-suite guide for specific channels.
Refrigerators
All Luxury Suites are equipped with a half-sized refrigerator. Ice is available upon request from your server.
Season Suiteholder Benefit - Locked Cabinet
Each Luxury Suite is equipped with one locking cabinet for storage of personal belongings. Should you have a ‘par’ beverage order, Bon Appétit may also use the cabinet to store leftover beverages. You can email [email protected] to request that your cabinet be opened for a particular date. For the Suiteholder’s protection, we will not open cabinets for anyone without prior approval or for anyone under 21 when alcoholic beverages are locked inside.
Charging Stations
Suites 1-60 are equipped with chargers for various iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
Outside Heaters
For those chilly San Francisco nights, Suites 1-60 are equipped with heat lamps above the back row of seating on the balcony. To activate these heaters please use the specially marked switches adjacent to the main suite entrance.
Recycling and Composting
Each Luxury Suite is equipped with specially marked recycling and compost bins.

Auto Trouble
AAA provides complimentary tow truck service at designated Impark parking lots one hour prior to game time, during, and one hour following every home game to assist fans with fuel, lockouts, battery jumps, flat tires or towing (towing fees apply for non-AAA members). Any service requests during this time can be requested directly from the parking staff or by simply calling AAA at 866.526.0541.
Concierge Service
Each suite will have a dedicated Concierge in addition to the main concierge desk behind home plate
Lost and Found
After each game, Suite Concierge Staff will conduct a sweep of all Luxury Suites and collect any items left behind. To inquire about lost items, please first contact the Luxury Suite Office at 415.972.2100.The Giants are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in your Luxury Suite, but we’ll do our best to help you recover such items.
First Aid
In addition to the Dignity Health Center at Oracle Park, there is a Dignity Health First Aid station in the ballpark located behind Section 132 on the Promenade Level. Three defibrillators are located throughout the Oracle Suite Level, which are for paramedics use only. For Emergencies, contact the Concierge Desk.
Security
Security personnel are staffed throughout Oracle Park for your safety and assistance. In the event you encounter any security problems, contact the Concierge Desk.
Accessible Needs
Each suite balcony is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair escorts are available for request at all ballpark gates. Due to health and safety guidelines, the escort must be coordinated by a member in the party.
