2021 Season Ticket Member FAQs

We are thrilled that the updated guidelines associated with the State’s reopening allowed our Season Ticket Members to return to their normal seat location for the rest of the 2021 season.

Q: What are the COVID-19 entry requirements for the rest of the season?

A: Starting June 25, fans are not required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. Reference www.sfgiants.com/fansafe for the latest information.

Q: Are face coverings required?

A: Face coverings are strongly recommended, particularly for fans who are not fully vaccinated and when accessing indoor spaces.

Q: How do I secure parking passes for the remainder of the 2021 season?

A: Accounts with access to the Parking Marketplace, can secure parking passes for all 2021 regular season games with a season package or on a game by game basis.

For accounts without access to the Parking Marketplace, SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app, is the best way to book parking ahead. Access to the Parking Marketplace is not available for new accounts at this time.

Q: Will the Ticket Return/Trade/Donation programs be reinstated for the 2021 season?

A: Ticket Trade is now available to accounts who renewed their 2021 Season package. Ticket Return and Ticket Donation will not be available for the 2021 season.

Ticket Trade Details: Season Ticket Members can exchange up to 12 games. Ticket Trade is available up until 24 hours before gametime. Access this benefit via MySFTix.

Q: Are partial or flex season packages available?

A: Partial season ticket packages are not available. Your 2021 season ticket package includes all remaining 2021 games.

Q: Is there an opportunity to upgrade my seats for the remainder of the 2021 season?

A: We encourage Season Ticket Members to utilize our Ticket Return program to upgrade their seats on a game by game basis. Access this benefit via MySFTix. Contact your Client Relations Manager to discuss upgrade options for the entire season.

Q: When will my mobile tickets be available in the Ballpark app?

A: Mobile tickets are available in the Ballpark app immediately after claiming your 2021 season ticket package. Accounts that select printed tickets will also be able to access their tickets via the Ballpark app.

Q: When can I pick up my printed tickets from the Box Office?

A: Your entire set of printed tickets for the remainder of the season can be picked up from the Box Office on any gameday. The Box Office is open on gamedays only, 2.5 hours before gametime through the 6th inning.

Q: Can I arrange for my printed tickets to be mailed to me?

A: Mail delivery is not offered. Reach out to your Client Relations Manager if you need to coordinate for someone else to pick up your tickets from the Box Office.

Q: What are my options if I do not secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season? Are my seat licenses at risk?

A: Seats associated with accounts that do not secure their season tickets by June 11 will be released for the rest of the season, starting with the game on June 25 (including the Postseason). Seats will be held for the 2022 season. Account credit will stay on file to be applied toward the 2022 season ticket renewal. Seat licenses are not at risk.

Q: If I do not secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season, would I have access to the Season Ticket Member 20% merchandise/concessions discount?

A: No, accounts that do not secure their 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season forgo their access to all season ticket member benefits, including the 20% merchandise/concessions discount.

Q: If I do not secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season would I have access to my seats for 2021 postseason games?

A: No, accounts that do not secure their 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season forgo their access to all season ticket member benefits, including access to 2021 postseason games.

Q: Can I use my account credit for concessions or merchandise?

A: No, account credit can only be used toward ticket transactions.
