A: Mobile tickets are available in the Ballpark app immediately after claiming your 2021 season ticket package. Accounts that select printed tickets will also be able to access their tickets via the Ballpark app.
Q: When can I pick up my printed tickets from the Box Office?
A: Your entire set of printed tickets for the remainder of the season can be picked up from the Box Office on any gameday. The Box Office is open on gamedays only, 2.5 hours before gametime through the 6th inning.
Q: Can I arrange for my printed tickets to be mailed to me?
A: Mail delivery is not offered. Reach out to your Client Relations Manager if you need to coordinate for someone else to pick up your tickets from the Box Office.

A: Seats associated with accounts that do not secure their season tickets by June 11 will be released for the rest of the season, starting with the game on June 25 (including the Postseason). Seats will be held for the 2022 season. Account credit will stay on file to be applied toward the 2022 season ticket renewal. Seat licenses are not at risk.
