Nationals Summer Camps - Policies

Transfer Policy

Campers are welcome to transfer to any session that has availability.

Credit and Refund Policy Timeline

Please refer to our Policy Timeline below for request options and deadlines in the event an enrolled camper is unable to attend the camp session for which he/she is registered.

Please note any existing credit on Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts is non-refundable.

Open of Registration to March 1, 2021

  • A full credit of camp tuition paid can be issued to Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts, then available for use toward non-waitlisted 2021 camp sessions as well as any 2022 camp sessions.
  • A refund of camp tuition paid can be issued on the remaining amount of camp tuition paid subject to a $50 non-refundable administrative fee per camp session.

March 1, 2021 – April 30, 2021

  • A full credit of camp tuition paid can be issued to Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts, then available for use toward non-waitlisted 2021 camp sessions as well as any 2022 camp sessions.
  • No refunds will be offered for any payments made toward Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps.

May 1, 2021 to Close of Registration

  • A credit of camp tuition paid can be issued to Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps accounts on the remaining amount of camp tuition paid subject to a $50 non-creditable administrative fee per camp session, then available for use toward non-waitlisted 2021 camp sessions as well as any 2022 camp sessions.
  • No refunds will be offered for any payments made toward Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps.

2021 COVID-19 Credit and Refund Policy

If your enrolled camper’s registered session is canceled or rescheduled due to COVID-19, we will waive deadlines within the above Policy Timeline.

Refunds will not be offered for camp tuition paid for any sessions that operate accordingly in a COVID-19 impacted schedule.
