Birdland Rewards Challenges
Earn a 100-point bonus by attending the game on Friday, April 12 vs. the Milwaukee Brewers. Visit the home page of your Birdland Rewards account to complete attendance challenges and earn points throughout the season.
Purchase tickets at your discounted rate by clicking the Exclusive Offer tabs of your My Orioles Tickets account.
In order to be eligible for attendance challenges, your game tickets must be purchased on your Birdland Membership account.
Members-only Gift Update
All 2024 Birdland Members who purchased their plan prior to April 1st will receive one (1) complimentary Gunnar Henderson 2023 AL Rookie of the Year Bobblehead.
We expect this gift to be ready for pickup around the All-Star Break in July. No action is needed at this time. Please stay tuned for more information and details regarding pickup.
O’s Pay Reminders
O’s Pay is the new & only way to apply your discount quickly at the ballpark. Please make sure you are logging into the MLB Ballpark app using the email address associated with your Birdland Membership. If you have additional emails linked to your account, you may need to remove them.
At kiosk locations, please select ‘QR Pay’ when checking out to scan for your discount. If you don’t have a credit card added to your O’s Pay you will then be able to process your payment by credit card.
Birdland Member Clubhouse
Entry to the Birdland Member Clubhouse on game days is now even smoother, requiring a game-specific Access Pass. These complimentary passes can be claimed through your Birdland Rewards account at 10:00 a.m. the morning of each game and are valid for a one-time visit that game. Passes will be added regularly after gates open as capacity allows so check back in the MLB Ballpark app if you aren’t able to claim a pass in the morning.
Please plan to claim one (1) pass for each member of your party. In response to overwhelming demand, Access Passes are limited to four (4) per account prior to the start of the game. After the game begins, additional quantities may be available.
Member Ticket Exchange Information
Can't Make a Game? All Reserved Birdland Members can exchange tickets through their My Orioles Ticket account on a dollar-for-dollar basis up until 24 hours prior to the game.
All Flex Birdland Members can submit a request up until 48 hours prior to game to have their tickets credited back to their account to be used for another 2024 regular season game.
