Group Tickets Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access my tickets?
Log in to My Orioles Tickets using the email address you provided. We recommend saving your tickets to your phone's wallet before you leave home — day-of loading and WiFi issues at the ballpark are the most common reason fans get held up at the gate.
How do I distribute tickets to my group?
- Create your spreadsheet. In Excel, list each person on their own row:
- Column A: First and last name
- Column B: Email address
- Column C: Number of tickets requested
- Log in at group-tickets.mlb.com with your MLB Ballpark app username and password.
- Invite people. Find your event (it shows how many tickets you have available), select Invite People, then copy your full spreadsheet and paste it into the window.
- Send tickets. Select Save and Continue to Ticket View, then Share Tickets.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. At the sole discretion of the Orioles, tickets may be transferred to a new game date in the event of a reschedule.
If a game is postponed or rescheduled due to weather, your original ticket is valid for the new date. Games that complete at least 5 innings are considered official and are not eligible for transfer.

What can I bring into the ballpark?
Oriole Park at Camden Yards has a clear bag policy in effect for the 2026 season. One (1) approved bag per person, and all bags are subject to search:
- Clear plastic bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
- Fanny pack or clutch purse no larger than 5" x 7"
- Medical equipment or device bags
- Diaper bags
Medical equipment and diaper bags must go through a designated search lane.
Have a bag that doesn't fit the policy? LockerUP Lockers are available to rent for $15 (credit card only) at the north end of the Warehouse by Gate H near the Main Box Office, and outside Gates A and C.
Is the ballpark cashless?
Oriole Park is a fully cashless facility. All concessions, merchandise, and parking accept credit, debit, and mobile payment only.
