The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on and be communicated by local media. A game-specific exchange policy will be announced at that time or shortly thereafter.

Parking is subject to availability. General parking is available on a day-of-game basis in Lots F, G and H for $15 per car. Limited parking may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis for $15 per car (subject to availability). Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing for $40. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation for Picnic Perch, Suites for all games, and Group Tickets for select games. Full payment is required at least 45 days prior to the game. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received.


You may return up to 10% of your original order for a refund, no fewer than 15 days prior to your game date. Refunds will be issued onto the purchasing credit card or by check.

A Scoreboard Welcome is complimentary for all suites, parties and groups of 25 or more. You may provide your group's name to your Group Sales Representative when reserving your group outing. All group names must be received at least two business days prior to the game. The group name will appear in the middle or after the third inning.


Children age 2 and under may be admitted to Orioles games without a ticket. Children who have reached the age of 3 require a ticket for admission into Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
