No worries! If you purchased a Yankees Universe membership for yourself, then no activation is required. You can sign in to your Members Only Page by visiting this link and entering in your Yankees Universe Username and Password: https://www.mlb.com/yankees/fans/yankees-universe/member-section-access . If someone else purchased a gifted membership for you, you should have received an email to activate the gift membership. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email so you can activate the account.
Once the account is activated, enter your Members Only Page on Yankees Universe using your email address as the username to access your Yankees Universe membership and all that comes with it.

Your ticket activation code can be viewed by visiting your Yankees Universe Members Only Page. Please go to this link: https://www.mlb.com/yankees/fans/yankees-universe/member-section-access
Once there, enter in your Yankees Universe username (the email address you used to sign up) and password.
Once logged in, your ticket redemption code will either be above the green “Redeem Rookie Tickets” tab or above the green “Redeem Explorer Tickets” tab, depending on what you purchased.
Your T-shirt was sent out to the address that you provided immediately when you ordered your Yankees Universe package. Please email [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up for Yankees Universe, your shipping address and your T-shirt size. We may not be able to get you the exact T-shirt size due to T-shirt inventory but will check our inventory for a replacement shirt as close to the size you need as possible.

Fast-track Entry into Yankee Stadium is at New York Yankees Office Lobby next to Gate 2. You must present your Yankees Universe Membership Card for you and one (1) Guest to enter. If you lost your Membership card, please print a printed copy of your Yankees Universe purchase confirmation email.
