Each partial plan will provide you with temporary Ticket Pod locations to the identified Limited Capacity Games during the 2021 regular season. For example, if you select Partial Plan No. 1, and if New York State's physical distancing requirements are in effect for the entire regular season, you are committing to a temporary location for 15 total regular season home games, with the games, and payments, being introduced in five (5) different Phases (e.g. Phase 3 includes three (3) total regular season home games through June 6; Phase 4 includes two (2) total regular season home games through June 24; Phase 5 includes five (5) total regular season home games through August 8, etc.). TICKETS AVAILABLE IN FULLY VACCINATED SEATING SECTIONS
Seats in Fully Vaccinated Seating Sections will be sold at full capacity with no physical distancing between other seats in the Section.
Guests with tickets in Fully Vaccinated Seating Sections who are 16 years and older must present proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Yankee Stadium. Guests 15 years and younger, accompanied by a Fully Vaccinated adult, will NOT be required to provide proof of a COVID-19 full vaccination (or a negative COVID-19 test). See below for a complete list of potential Phases covered by each Ticket Pod plan through the end of the 2021 regular season. Mix of Limited Capacity Games in each Phase are subject to change.

If New York State's physical distancing requirements are still in effect on or about June 6, 2021, your temporary Ticket Pod location and plan type will be automatically extended for the next Phase of games (as determined by the Yankees).
Regardless of which option you choose, the temporary Ticket Pod locations and plan type are only available for Limited Capacity Games. Once New York State's physical distancing requirements permit (as determined by the Yankees), you will be contacted by a Yankees ticket representative to discuss other seating locations and plan types for any remaining regular season home games.
Ticket Pods are subject to change based on changes to capacity restrictions and/or physical distancing requirements. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Should additional payments be required to purchase tickets for your temporary Ticket Pod plans, you must: (a) have a valid credit card associated with your My Yankees Account; and (b) authorize the Yankees to automatically charge such credit card the amounts for the tickets for your temporary Ticket Pods for the next Phase of games on the dates that payments are due.
Any purchase of Season Tickets will not be completed, until the potential licensee both: (a) offers to purchase the Season Tickets by acknowledging acceptance of and agreeing to be bound by the Tickets Terms and Conditions (i.e., by signature or on-line click acceptance, the "Offer"); and (b) receives written notice of the Yankees' acceptance and confirmation of the purchase of the Season Tickets - all of which is conditioned upon the licensee's compliance with the Tickets Terms and Conditions.
Tickets and Season Ticket plans purchased on yankees.com and/or ticketmaster.com are subject to the terms and conditions established by the Yankees including: (a) Age Limit; (b) Ticket Limit; and (c) Territory Limit. The Yankees will: (x) strictly enforce these terms and conditions; (y) refuse to sell to any person/entity that would cause the terms and conditions to be violated; and (z) revoke any ticket license relating to any ticket account that violates the terms and conditions.
The Yankees may refuse to sell to any person/entity that violates New York law and may revoke any ticket license relating to any ticket account that violates New York law. Please be advised that THE UNLAWFUL RESALE OF FIVE (5) OR MORE TICKETS WITHOUT HAVING FIRST PROCURED A LICENSE FROM THE NEW YORK SECRETARY OF STATE IS PUNISHABLE BY IMPRISONMENT OF UP TO ONE (1) YEAR AND FINES OF UP TO $4,000.00 OR MORE. The Yankees reserve the right to require proof of a properly issued New York Ticket Reseller License.
The Yankees reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, amend and/or supplement any terms and conditions relating to tickets to any Limited Capacity Games. Other terms, conditions and restrictions apply and Ticket Plans, seat locations and offers are subject to availability and may be modified, amended and/or supplemented at any time and without prior notice.
The terms and conditions of your ticket and policies applicable to use are updated to address COVID-19, health & safety, and may include requirements for seating pods. By purchasing a New York Yankees ticket, you accept these Terms and Conditions and policies applicable to use.
Time, opponent, date and team rosters and lineups, including the Yankees’ roster and lineup, are subject to change.
The number of innings in a regulation game shall be determined by MLB and may be shortened in accordance with MLB rules. Licensor makes no representation, warranty and/or guarantee that nine (9) innings will be played in any regulation game.
