2021 Renewal Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. 2021 Renewal Bonus:

(a) New York Yankees Season Ticket Licensees (each a "Licensee") who renew their 2021 season ticket plan of equal or higher value compared to their 2020 season ticket plan by September 30, 2020 will receive a Five Percent (5%) bonus based on the amount of Licensee's 2020 season ticket plan up to a maximum of $12,500.00 per Licensee ("2021 Renewal Bonus"). For example, if a Licensee's 2020 season ticket plan was $10,000.00 and the Licensee renews the 2021 season ticket plan for the same or higher value by September 30, 2020, then the Licensee will receive a 2021 Renewal Bonus of $500.00.

(b) The 2021 Renewal Bonus can be applied by the eligible Licensee towards: (i) an upgrade of the Licensee’s 2021 regular season ticket plan; or (ii) the purchase of ticket(s) for another New York Yankees regular season home game(s) through the end of the 2021 regular season, subject to availability.

(d) The 2021 Renewal Bonus will only be available if the Licensee’s renewed 2021 season ticket plan of equal or higher value compared to the 2020 season ticket plan is paid in full.

2. Additional 2021 Renewal Bonus Terms and Conditions:

(a) Licensees with any multi-year contract and/or agreement are not eligible for the 2021 Renewal Bonus.

(b) Licensee’s renewed 2021 ticket account must be in good standing (e.g., ticket account paid in full on or before December 31, 2020, no unpaid balance) in order to be eligible for the 2021 Renewal Bonus. Exceptions apply. Please contact your New York Yankees ticket representative to determine if you are eligible for the 2021 Renewal Bonus and other details and information.

(c) Any Licensee whose 2021 season ticket plan is of a lesser value compared to the Licensee’s 2020 season ticket plan (e.g., fewer tickets, fewer games, lower price per ticket, etc. – all as determined by the New York Yankees) will not be eligible for the 2021 Renewal Bonus.

(d) Limit one 2021 Renewal Bonus per Licensee.

(e) The 2021 Renewal Bonus has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or offered as a gift and cannot be combined with any other offer including any Impacted Game Bonus.

(f) The 2021 Renewal Bonus must be applied no later than July 1, 2021. Any unused or unapplied 2021 Renewal Bonus shall automatically expire on July 1, 2021.

(g) Except as set forth herein, the terms and conditions in the Licensee’s agreement(s) governing Licensee’s tickets apply. The New York Yankees reserve the right to modify, alter and/or amend these terms and conditions and/or terminate the 2021 Renewal Bonus at any time and without notice. For All Ticket Purchases:

IN NO EVENT WILL THE NEW YORK YANKEES BE LIABLE TO LICENSEES, TICKET HOLDERS AND/OR TICKET PURCHASERS FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES EVEN IF THE NEW YORK YANKEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSEE AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE 2021 SEASON TICKET PLAN AND/OR THE 2021 RENEWAL BONUS SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION HELD IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. LICENSEE AND THE NEW YORK YANKEES SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES, OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
