Kyle has worked with the New York Yankees since March of 2009. He is currently the Senior Director, Ticket Sales, Service, Tourism and Business Strategies and previously spent time as the Director of Ticket Sales & Service, Senior Manager of Season Ticket Retention & Group Sales and Service and a Premium Sales & Service Specialist. He was born in Princeton, New Jersey, graduated from Salisbury University in Maryland, and attended graduate school at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Originally from Trucksville, Pennsylvania, Mario attended Misericordia University, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in sport management. He joined the Yankees in 2010 as an Inside Sales Representative. Shortly after, he was promoted to the role of Account Executive in the Season Ticket Sales & Service Department. In November of 2012, he transitioned to the Premium Department as a Senior Premium Sales & Service Specialist before managing the Inside Sales team. In 2019, he became Assistant Director, Season Ticket Sales & Service, but he recently was promoted to his current role as Director, Season Ticket Sales, Retention & Service.

Melanie was born and raised in Puerto Rico. In 2016, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in sports marketing from Saint Joseph’s University. Prior to overseeing service efforts with the Yankees, she worked at the Charlotte Hornets as the Senior Manager of Guest Experience. Her favorite Yankees memory was watching Mariano Rivera pitch the last two innings to win the World Series against the Phillies! In her spare time, she enjoys exploring all types of museums and going to Broadway.

Ken was born in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina prior to joining the New York Yankees Season Ticket Sales & Service department in 2008. He is currently the Senior Manager, Season Ticket Sales, Retention & Service. Prior to that, he was Manager of Season Ticket Sales, Service, and Retention, Assistant Manager of Season Ticket Retention and spent four seasons as a Retention Sales Specialist. He was previously also an Account Executive in the Season Ticket Sales & Service Department.

Dan was born and raised in Cortland Manor, New York, and graduated from the University at Buffalo with degrees in communication and studio art. After graduation, Dan worked at the Rockland Boulders of the Can-Am League as an Account Executive. His responsibilities included singing the Canadian National Anthem prior to home games. After one year in Rockland, Dan joined the Yankees where he moved through the Inside Sales, Season Ticket Sales & Service, and Premium Sales & Service teams. He was promoted to his current role as Inside Sales Manager in 2021. Dan's favorite Yankees memory was watching them beat the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2009 World Series.

Caeley grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and graduated from The University of Tampa with a B.A. in communication. In Tampa, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Steinbrenner Field. She then attended the University of South Carolina and earned her master’s degree in sport and entertainment management. In 2022, Caeley started her role as Season Tickets Coordinator, Ticket Services. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Coordinator, Premium Experiences & Ticket Services. In her free time, Caeley loves to travel and her favorite place she’s visited has been Capri, Italy.

Fletcher grew up in Seneca Falls, New York and graduated from Seton Hall University in 2018 with a degree in sport management. Shortly after graduation, he started his career with the Yankees Inside Sales team in 2019. His favorite Yankees memory was watching Derek Jeter hit a walk-off single during his last game in 2014.

Matt was born in White Plains, New York and was raised in Tampa, Florida. He attended Florida State University, where he earned a degree in Sport Management. He started his career with the New York Yankees as a Ticket Operations Intern in 2017. He then joined the Tampa Sales & Service team in October 2019 and the Inside Sales team in May 2021 before being promoted to the Season Ticket Retention team in 2022. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Jess was born and raised in Livingston, New Jersey. She attended the University of Indiana, where she graduated with a sport marketing and management degree. She started with the New York Yankees Groups team in January of 2022 and was promoted to the Inside Sales team in April of 2022 before joining the Season Ticket Sales & Service team in July of 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling as much as possible.

Zach was born in Madison, Connecticut, and graduated from the University of Tampa in May of 2020. Prior to joining the Yankees in 2022, Zach worked as an Inside Sales Account Executive for the New York Islanders, who opened a new building at UBS Arena. Zach enjoys watching live sporting events, music events, and spending time with his 9-year-old brother who is a big Yankees fan. In his free time, you can find Zach out on the golf course.

Kristen was born and raised on Long Island in New Hyde Park, NY. In December of 2020, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in sport management. In December of 2021, she earned her Master of Business Administration; both of her degrees were from Mount Saint Mary College. Prior to working with the Yankees, she worked for Major League Baseball and had internships with West Point and the Hudson Valley Renegades. Her favorite Yankees memory was when her father caught a Derek Jeter foul ball back in 2012.

He also had an in-season, gameday internship with the New York Jets during the 2021-2022 season. His favorite Yankees memory was watching Derek Jeter’s last game and seeing him hit a walk-off single to win the game.

Shafer was born and raised in New Canaan, Connecticut. He graduated from Penn State where he was a member of the a cappella group, Shades of Blue, and received a B.S. in Marketing. Shafer joined the Yankees' Junior Sales team in July of 2022 and was promoted to the Inside Sales team in January of 2023. His favorite Yankees memory is Hideki Matsui’s MVP performance in the 2009 World Series.

Connor was born and raised in Aquebogue, NY on Long Island. He attended St. John’s University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a minor in business administration. Connor played on the men’s lacrosse team all four years at St. John’s and was named captain his senior year. Prior to working for the New York Yankees, Connor had an Institutional Sales internship with MBS Source. He started his career with the New York Yankees in the Junior Sales program in June of 2023 and shortly after was promoted into an Inside Sales role in July of 2023. Connor’s favorite teams are the New York Yankees, New York Giants and New York Rangers. In his spare time, Connor enjoys golfing, training kids in lacrosse, attending sporting events and going to the beach with friends.

Zach joined the Yankees Junior Sales Team in January of 2023 and was promoted to a full-time role in the Inside Sales department in March of 2023. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, listening to music and exploring new areas in NYC.

His favorite Yankees memory was watching Alex Rodriguez hit a walk-off grand slam against the Baltimore Orioles in 2007.

A lifelong Yankees fan from Portland, CT, Jonathan was determined to make an impact on the Yankees organization from a young age. He graduated from Central Connecticut University in December of 2022, finishing his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication with the intention of starting a career in sports. Jonathan is a super fan of all professional sports and passionately follows the Yankees, Indianapolis Colts and Manchester United. In his spare time, Jonathan prioritizes time with his friends and family. Jonathan joined the Yankees as a Junior Sales Associate in June of 2023 and was promoted to the Inside Sales team in March of 2024.

A lifelong Yankees fan from Rumson, NJ, Sam grew up knowing he wanted to work in sports for his favorite organization. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he had an internship with the Gaucho Fund, a sector of the athletic department that focused on enriching the lives of student athletes. After graduating in 2021, he worked as a recruiter for business-to-business tech sales. After 9 months in this role, he joined the Yankees as a Junior Sales Associate in June of 2023, before moving up to the Inside Sales team in January. When he’s not at the stadium, you can find him playing intramural sports or watching an early 2000s comedy movie with his dog, Cleo.

She interned with Penn State Sports Properties focusing on the display of promotions and advertisements for the men’s hockey team. She started her career with the New York Yankees in June of 2023 as a Junior Sales Associate and was promoted to the Inside Sales team in March of 2024. Lexi is from Cedar Knolls, NJ. Currently, she is finishing up her bachelor's degree in Management with a Sports Communication and Media minor at Rowan University. During her first few years at Rowan, she was a member of the Women’s Softball team. During her junior year, she was a merchandise and hospitality intern for the Walt Disney Company in their theme parks and resorts. Lexi joined the Inside Sales Team in January of 2024 after spending the 2023 season as a Summer Sales Associate. During her free time, Lexi loves to workout, run and travel.

Floyd grew up in North Plainfield, New Jersey. He went on to graduate from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Sport Management, where he also played for the club soccer team. Floyd’s hobbies include working out, cooking, long-boarding, and spending time with friends and family. He also speaks Spanish and Italian. Floyd joined the New York Yankees Inside Sales Team in June of 2023.

A lifelong Yankees fan, Connor has always wanted to work in professional sports and had a passion for the game of baseball. He played baseball all the way up through high school and had the opportunity to play in games all around the Northeast and Florida. Connor previously interned for the University of Delaware football program and athletic program in Newark, Delaware. He enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time. Connor started with the Yankees in January of 2024 and was then promoted to Inside Sales Associate in March of 2024.

Josh was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Elon University in 2018 with a degree in sport and event management and a minor in business administration. He began his career in sports with the Oakland Raiders in Inside Sales, and most recently was a Premium Sales Representative with Legends on the Columbus Crew new stadium project before transitioning to Premium Coordinator, Ticket Services with the Yankees in 2022. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Coordinator, Premium Experiences & Ticket Services. His favorite Yankees memory is his father taking him on a surprise trip to the final game played at the historic old Yankee Stadium in 2008.
