

Fans 18 years and older will be required to complete a digital health survey to attend a game. The San Francisco Giants are partnering with Health Pass by CLEAR, a free mobile solution that allows you to complete COVID screening requirements before arriving at the stadium.

Ticket holders two (2) years and older will be required to wear a face covering at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. This applies to Scottsdale Stadium staff.

In an effort to limit contact points and avoid lines at the gates, Scottsdale Stadium will NOT permit personal bags (purses, backpacks, tote bags, etc.) into the facility. Medical and diaper bags are permitted.

Mobile tickets via the Ballpark app have replaced print-at-home (PDF) tickets. The free Ballpark app provides a convenient, secure way to use and share mobile tickets, allowing contactless entry.
TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE:
- Download the MLB Ballpark app via the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store
- Log in using your MLB.com email and password
- If prompted, verify your email address (delivery times for verification link may vary)
- Tap the TICKETS icon
- Tap the game
- Tap FORWARD TICKETS to share tickets with others OR Tap OPEN to access the barcode for scanning (barcodes are delivered 48 hours in advance)

We are making modifications to the gameday experience to maintain security and enhance health and safety.
Concessions
- Limited concessions will be open on the main concourse behind Homeplate.
- In-seat vending will not be available.
- Scottsdale Stadium is a cash-free facility. The Giants prefer Visa.
Autographs
- Ticket holders will not have access to players or be able to request autographs.
Batting Practice
- If batting practice occurs within the stadium, ticket holders will be able to view the activity on the field from their assigned seats.
Playing Rules
The following adjustments to the Official Baseball Rules shall apply to 2021 Spring Training games.
- Feb 28 - Mar 13 Games: will be scheduled as 7-inning games, and may be shortened to 5-inning games or lengthened to 9-inning games upon mutual agreement of both managers.
- Mar 14 – 29 Games: will be scheduled as 9-inning games, and may be shortened to 7-inning games upon mutual agreement of both managers.

The Giants have received approval from Major League Baseball and are working with the City of Scottsdale to host a limited number of fans at Scottsdale Stadium.
Limited Capacity
Under our socially distanced seating model, Scottsdale Stadium will host a limited capacity crowd of up to 1000 fans per game. Capacities are subject to change.
Socially Distanced Pod Seating
All seats will be sold in pods, ranging in sizes from 2-4, with each pod positioned a minimum of six (6) feet from other pods in any direction.
Pod Enforcement
Staff will monitor all seating sections to enforce the Pod seating requirements detailed below:
- Signs will be displayed at unavailable seats directing fans to only sit in their assigned seats.
- Only Pod seats available for sale will remain accessible for seating.
- Ticket holders are expressly forbidden from reselling portions of a seat Pod to others and Scottsdale Stadium and San Francisco Giants reserve the right to rescind admission to any fan caught doing so.
Ticket Resale and Transferring
Due to the health and safety of others, ticket holders are expressly forbidden from reselling portions of a seating Pod to others. Ticket holders may only transfer portions of their seating Pod to those with whom they have been sheltering.
Ticket Assurance
If any of the games in your ticket purchase are impacted by Covid-19 restrictions (e.g. canceled, played without fans in attendance), the ticket value will be credited to your account or you may request a refund.

Scottsdale Stadium will use a multifaceted approach to guide ticket holders safely throughout the ballpark. Displayed signage on the exterior of the stadium, public address announcements and video board graphics will communicate social distancing protocols.
Security Screening
- Limited entry lanes will be open to allow ample space in gate lines.
- Security staff will control the flow of traffic to maintain physical distance.
Concession and Retail Lines
- All points of sale will be spaced at least six (6) feet apart.
- Floor graphics will be used to guide social distancing.
- Plexiglass will be placed between all points of sale staff and ticket holders.
Buffer Zones
A buffer zone will be activated between player areas and surrounding ticketed seats:
- Twelve (12) feet from the front edge of the dugout roof
- Six (6) feet around the bullpens
- Fans will not be permitted in the designated Buffer Zones.

Entering
- Gates will open 1 hour before first pitch.
- Ticket holders must enter the stadium via Home Plate Gate at the corner of Osborn Rd. and Drinkwater Blvd.
- Limited entry lanes will be open to allow ample space in gate lines.
- Security staff will control the flow of traffic to maintain physical distance.
- A separate entrance will be utilized for vendors, staff, etc.
Exiting
Two (2) additional gates (Gate B and Gate E) will be opened and staffed to allow for ease when exiting the stadium.
- Ticket holders sitting between first base and third base will be directed to exit the gate closest to their seat location (Gate E, Gate B, or the Home Plate Gate).
- Ticket holders in the Charro Lodge will proceed directly towards the Gate A exit.
At the conclusion of the game, ticket holders remaining will be dismissed by section of the ballpark. The ballpark will be split into four (4) sections for the purpose of egress.
