The $99 Holiday Voucher Pack is eligible for seats in the Bleachers and View Reserve. The $149 Holiday Voucher Pack is eligible for seats in Lower Box Left Field, Bleachers, and View Reserve.

Vouchers are eligible for Dodgers @ Giants games at Oracle Park Monday, August 1 through Wednesday, August 3.

Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can redeem per game?

Yes, a maximum of 8 vouchers can be redeemed per game.

Is there a deadline to redeem my vouchers?

Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability.

Can I combine my vouchers to get premium seats?

No, vouchers can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio (1 voucher for 1 ticket) for the seating categories associated with your Holiday Voucher Pack purchase.

Can I redeem my vouchers for Special Event tickets?

No, vouchers are eligible for regular game tickets only.

How do I access or forward my vouchers?

Vouchers are digital and are available in your MySFTix account. Forwarding and redemption will all be done online (redemption date is TBD).

Can I sell the tickets I redeem with my vouchers?

No. Tickets redeemed with vouchers are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets redeemed through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Tickets redeemed in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my vouchers for - can I exchange my tickets?

No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges. You can forward the tickets to friends and family.

What if the game I redeemed my vouchers for is impacted?

If any of the games associated with your voucher redemption are postponed, rescheduled, canceled, or played without fans, the value associated with the voucher will be credited to your account for a future purchase.
