Major League Baseball announced that the Seattle Mariners, T-Mobile Park and the City of Seattle will be home to 2023 All-Star Week. This marks the third time in franchise history the Mariners will host the Midsummer Classic. Get ready for an unforgettable week in July 2023 featuring the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, T-Mobile Home Run Derby, the 93rd edition of the All-Star Game presented by Mastercard and additional festivities throughout Seattle.

Capital One PLAY BALL PARK

Capital One PLAY BALL PARK celebrates the 2023 All-Star Game presented by Mastercard in Seattle. This grand festival arrives at Lumen Field and the Lumen Field Event Center for 2023 MLB All-Star Week ahead of Baseball’s 93rd Midsummer Classic. Capital One PLAY BALL PARK , which is open from Saturday, July 8th–Tuesday, July 11th, provides fans with dozens of different ways to interact with the game. Through the All-Star Experience Program, fans can reserve an autograph session, win prizes, participate in scavenger hunts and so much more. Inside and outside Lumen Field fans can hit, pitch, run, slide and PLAY their way through days of fun!

HBCU Swingman Classic

HBCU Classic

The inaugural HBCU Swingman Classic will take place at T-Mobile Park on Friday, July 7 during 2023 MLB All-Star Week in Seattle. This annual All-Star experience will highlight the history and legacy of baseball programs at Historically Black Colleges & University (HBCU), while also providing 50 HBCU Division-I baseball players with the opportunity to showcase their talent on a national stage. The student-athletes will be selected by a committee that will include Ken Griffey Jr., representatives from MLB and MLBPA, and scouts.

MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game

The fun-filled MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game on Saturday, July 8th at T-Mobile Park features some of the biggest names in Hollywood as well as the most notable rising celebrity stars. Past celebrity players have included Jessica Biel, Simone Biles, Quincy Brown, Sterling K. Brown, Bad Bunny, Snoop Dogg, Jamie Foxx, Jon Hamm, Jimmy Kimmel, Chris Pratt, Chris Rock, J.K. Simmons, Chrissy Teigen, Kate Upton and Daddy Yankee, while baseball legends such as Andre Dawson, Steve Garvey, Rickey Henderson, Trevor Hoffman, CC Sabathia, Tim Raines, Ivan Rodríguez, Ozzie Smith and Adrian Beltre along with U.S. Softball Olympian greats Jennie Finch, Natasha Watley, Lisa Fernandez, and Cat Osterman have also participated in this entertaining exhibition.

SiriusXM All-Star Futures Games

The SiriusXM All-Star Futures Games on Saturday, July 8th at T-Mobile Park will showcase top MLB prospects and the best young stars on their way to the big leagues. Many of today’s All-Stars made their first appearances on a Major League stage at the All-Star Futures Games.

The 2023 MLB First-Year Player Draft will take place in Seattle on July 9-11, in conjunction with 2023 MLB All-Star Week. This marks the third consecutive year the Draft will be featured during All-Star Week. The Draft will feature 20 rounds across the three days, including the first two rounds, compensatory round(s) and competitive balance rounds on the opening night.

Gatorade All-Star Workout Day on Monday, July 10th is the first chance for fans to see the 2023 All-Stars live and in action at T-Mobile Park. Workout Day features batting practice for the AL and NL All-Stars leading into the captivating T-Mobile Home Run Derby.

All-Star Game presented by Mastercard

The Major League Baseball All-Star Game presented by Mastercard returns to Seattle for the first time in 22 years and only the third time ever. Now, a new generation of All-Stars are taking MLB to new heights with more on-field energy and excitement than ever before. Witness their unparalleled skill, athleticism and passion for the game on Tuesday, July 11th, when the 93rd Midsummer Classic arrives at T-Mobile Park.

This marks the third time in franchise history that the Mariners will host the Midsummer Classic, joining the 1979 contest at the Kingdome, when the National League claimed a 7-6 win, and the 2001 event at T-Mobile Park (then named Safeco Field), when Ichiro Suzuki, Cal Ripken Jr. and the American League earned a 4-1 victory.
