Ticketing
Why are some events ticketed this year?
New this year, ticketing ensures a smoother experience by guaranteeing reserved spots for fans, managing attendance, and enhancing the overall quality of each event.
Where do the profits from ticketed events go?
All profits will benefit the Orioles Charitable Foundation, supporting impactful community initiatives and programs.
How can I purchase tickets for Caravan events?
Tickets can be purchased online at Orioles.com/Caravan. Availability is limited, so act quickly to secure your spot.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please review the event details carefully before purchasing.
What should I bring with me to a ticketed event?
Please view and access your digital ticket in the MLB Ballpark app before you arrive at the event. Your digital ticket will need to be scanned to be granted access. Details on how to download the MLB Ballpark app will be provided in your confirmation email and the Know Before You Go email that will be sent the week of your event.
Event Logistics
Will players be available for autographs or photos at every stop?
Autographs will not be offered at any of the 2025 Birdland Caravan events. Photo opportunities will be available for select events. Please review event details.
Are there age restrictions for any events?
Some events, like the Orioles PLAY BALL Rookie Clinic, are designed for specific age groups. All happy hours are 21 and older. Please refer to the event description for age-related details.
What should I wear or bring to events like the PLAY BALL Rookie Clinic?
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. Baseball gloves are recommended but not required.
Are food and drinks provided at any events?
Food and beverage package is included in the Bowling Experience event only. Fans may purchase food and beverage at all happy hours.
How do I find out where the pop-op photo events are?
The specific locations will be revealed approximately 24 hours before the event on the Orioles social media channels and Orioles Text Alerts.
