After O's Cash has been loaded to your account, if you need to forward tickets or send a member of your party O's Cash, you may do so within the MLB Ballpark app.
• If you make a purchase for less than the total value in your O’s Pay account, you will receive the difference in O’s Cash back. However, the value remaining may be used for future purchases during that game.
• O's Cash may be combined with other forms of payment (i.e., credit card) to complete a transaction.
• O's Cash is not refundable and may not be redeemed for Cash.

O's Cash may be redeemed at most Oriole Park at Camden Yards concession or merchandise point of sale locations by having the QR Code scanned on your O’s Pay within the MLB Ballpark app.

O’s Pay is the new alternative payment method at Oriole Park at Camden Yards that’s quick, convenient and rewarding! Use O’s Pay today through the MLB Ballpark app on the Orioles Team Page. O's Pay gives you the ability to make payments at select concession locations throughout the ballpark.

What is O’s Cash?

O's Cash is a complimentary balance given to fan accounts by the Orioles in association of a ticket or from customer service. O’s Cash will have an expiration date listed in your O's Pay wallet. Once your complimentary value is added to your account, that amount will automatically be deducted from your next order total*. If the value of your order is greater than your complimentary value, the system will charge the remaining balance to the payment method attached to your account.

*If your O's Cash was not redeemed from your purchase, please make sure you have the toggled O’s Cash on under the “Payments” tab.

How do I see my O’s Cash balance?

From the home screen of O’s Pay, you will see your O’s Cash balance above your name, or in “O’s Cash Activity.”

Can I make a split transaction between my remaining O’s Cash and credit card within the wallet?

Yes, once your O’s Cash has diminished, the remaining balance from your transaction will be paid by the payment method on file in your O’s Pay Wallet

How do I transfer O's Cash?

Located on the O’s Pay wallet, select “Send O’s Cash” and fill out the required fields (amount and recipient email). The value will be sent to the user's email address. The user must have their game ticket and the MLB Ballpark app to access the O’s Pay mobile wallet to utilize the funds. A valid form of payment must be loaded to transfer and accept O’s Cash. You are unable to transfer O’s Cash directly from your form of payment, however.
