Loaded Value Tickets

Orioles loaded value tickets are game tickets that have monetary value stored within the game ticket barcode.

To use your loaded value, present your digital game ticket at Oriole Park concessions or retail locations. The loaded value is only redeemable for the game date displayed on the ticket and is non-refundable. Restrictions apply.

How do I use my loaded value?

1. Open the MLB Ballpark app and select your game ticket.
2. Tap Open to display your ticket barcode.
3. Scan the barcode at participating concession or retail locations.
4. Your loaded value will automatically be applied to your purchase.
5. If your purchase exceeds the remaining value, simply pay the difference with a credit card or another loaded value ticket.

Using a self-checkout kiosk?

• Scan your items, Select Ticket as your payment method.
• Scan your ticket barcode from the MLB Ballpark app.
• Pay any remaining balance with another payment method if needed.

Where can I use my loaded value?

Loaded value can be used at most concession stands and retail locations throughout Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Exclusions: Truist Club, Eutaw Street B&O Market (near Gate A), Lower Concourse Sections 17, 23, 35, and 64, The Warehouse Bar & Restaurant, and The Home Plate Club.

Can I save my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Loaded value can only be redeemed by scanning the ticket barcode in the MLB Ballpark app. Tickets saved to your mobile wallet cannot be used to redeem loaded value.

If I forward my ticket, does the loaded value transfer too?

Yes. The loaded value transfers with the ticket and they must access the ticket through the MLB Ballpark app to redeem it.

When does my loaded value expire?

Loaded value is valid only on the date of the game and expires at the end of that game. It is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I combine loaded value from multiple tickets?

Yes. Multiple loaded value tickets can be used toward a single transaction.

What happens if my game is postponed?

If a game is postponed or rescheduled, updated ticket and loaded value information will be communicated to group leaders and known ticket holders.
