Volunteer for the 50/50 Raffle

The New York Yankees Foundation recently launched 50/50 Raffles as a fundraising initiative at New York Yankees home games.

We’re excited to introduce the ability for registered charities to participate as volunteer raffle ticket sellers to keep a portion of the proceeds they raise for their cause!

To be eligible to participate with us, you must be applying on behalf of a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity supporting the surrounding communities. Individuals willing to volunteer their time in order to fundraise for the New York Yankees Foundation are also eligible to register their interest.

We will review the information submitted to ensure your organization is a qualified 501(c)(3). If your organization is approved to participate, you will receive an email invitation to our volunteer database.

Interested parties must meet the following minimum criteria in order to be considered:

  1. You must be a registered 501(c)(3) public charity or individual willing to volunteer their time to fundraise.
  2. Participating charities must be able to commit a minimum of 10 sellers per game.
  3. All sellers must be 18 years of age or older.

Please note that 501(c)(3) status does not guarantee selection or participation, as space is limited and selection is based on a number of different review factors including, but not limited to, game date availability, size of volunteer group, selling ability, frequency of past participation and local community focus. New York Yankees Foundation, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason, to decline to permit any organization to participate, regardless of its current 501(c)(3) status.
