Q: Who receives Cardinals Magazine?
A: Cardinals Magazine is available to paid subscribers, is sent to season-ticket holders, and is also available at the Busch Stadium team store and merchandise stands and Cardinals Authentics shops inside Ford Plaza and Ballpark Village. Fans purchasing a subscription to Cardinals Magazine are also eligible for a variety of extra benefits.
Q: What extra benefits are included with a subscription to Cardinals Magazine?
A: In addition to six issues of the magazine, subscribers are eligible for our rewards program awarding game tickets, autographs, promotional items and more. Subscribers will also receive a discount rate on the Cardinals Yearbook and access to exclusive subscriber-only email and postcard offers all year long.
Q: How often is Cardinals Magazine published?
A: The magazine is published six times per year, consisting of four issues during the season, then one after the conclusion of the season and the sixth and final edition during spring training of the following year.

Q: What information is covered in Cardinals Magazine?
A: Cardinals Magazine is the official magazine of the St. Louis Cardinals and the only magazine devoted entirely to the Cardinals. Each issue is packed with in-depth features about current, future and former Cardinals; behind-the-scenes news from the front office; insight from the farm system; and dynamic action photography from the team's official photographers.
Q: I'm a new subscriber. When can I expect my first issue?
A: Unless otherwise requested, new subscription orders will begin with the next issue published after the order is received; subscriptions beginning after the start of the subscription year will be continued into the following year, with a total of six issues guaranteed.
On a limited basis, subscribers placing an order after the start of the subscription year may be able to request delivery of issues already published. To start a subscription with an already-published issue of Cardinals Magazine, call 314-345-9303 or contact us at [email protected].
Q: I'm a subscriber and I was at the game last night and saw the new issue of Cardinals Magazine. What is the mailing schedule for the magazine?
A: As soon as a new issue of the magazine is printed, it is both shipped to Busch Stadium and mailed to subscribers at the same time. This means that copies of the magazine will be on sale at the stadium before they arrive in the mail at subscribers' homes. Subscribers who see a new issue at the ballpark can be sure the issue is on its way to their door.
Q: I received an empty envelope in the mail OR my magazine arrived damaged OR I am missing an issue. What should I do?
A: We will be happy to send out a replacement copy to you, as long as the issues are still available. E-mail us at [email protected] with your name, address, issue and reason for the replacement.
