Concessions & Gameday Experience
We have made modifications to the gameday experience to maintain security and enhance health and safety.
Face Masks
Face masks are required at all concession and merchandise stands. Masks are to be well-fitted and cover the nose and mouth.
Concessions & Mobile Ordering
Walk up ordering is available at all concession stands. Use the Food Finder in the Ballpark app to discover menu items offered throughout the ballpark.
Select food and beverage items can be ordered from your mobile device. Place your order from the Mobile Food Ordering tile on the Team Page of the Ballpark app.
Fans with food sensitivities, allergies or other dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own food. Outside food and beverage is permitted except in Luxury Suites. No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers.
No Cash
In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines, cash is not accepted at concession stands or with in-set vendors. The Giants prefer Visa.
Customers who prefer to use cash or do not have the ability to make electronic payments can convert cash into a Visa gift card at the cash-to-card machine located adjacent to the Guest Services desk on the Promenade Level behind Home Plate.
Bag Policy
In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines at the gates, Oracle Park enforces the following bag restrictions:
- No backpacks (including clear backpacks). Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs.
- No bags larger than 16"x16"x8"
- Jackets and blankets must be worn or carried and not put into bags

Giants Dugout Stores
The Giants Dugout Store (both Oracle Park exterior locations) is currently open and is following retail guidelines set forth by the city of San Francisco.
- Please enter through the Clubhouse side of the store near Willie Mays Plaza
- All fans are required to wear a face mask while in the store. Masks are to be well-fitted and cover the nose and mouth.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and throughout the store
