2021 Season Plan Holders

After extensive discussion and planning with the Government of the District of Columbia, health experts and Major League Baseball, the Washington Nationals will once again be opening our gates to a limited number of fans for the beginning of the 2021 season. In an abundance of caution, we will begin at a reduced capacity of 5,000 fans. We will prioritize bringing our Season Plan Holders back to the ballpark first while our seating capacity remains extremely limited. As a result, this offer is currently unavailable. We hope our capacity will increase as the season progresses, so please check back soon for updates on when this offer will become available.

Managing your account is easy with Access. Visit nationals.com/access then follow the steps below to activate and manage your account.

Returning Plan Holders

Returning plan holders should follow these steps to activate your account:

  1. Log in using the same username and password you used last year 
  2. Confirm your information is correct then agree to the updated terms & conditions

Follow the steps below to change your password:

  1. Click "Trouble Logging In" and enter your username in the pop-up window
  2. A temporary password will be sent to your email
  3. Go to MLB.com and log in with your username and temporary password
  4. Update your password
  5. Return to nationals.com/access and log in using your username and newly updated password

New Plan Holders

New plan holders should follow these steps to activate your account:

  1. Enter the username and password that you already use for your MLB.com (or MLB.TV) account and click "Login"
  2. Complete your personal information and agree to the 2021 Terms and Conditions

If you do not have an MLB.com account, follow these steps to create a new account in Access:

  1. Click the link that says "Click Here" to create an MLB.com account
  2. Enter the email address and password that you would like to use to access your online account within the pop-up window
  3. After your MLB.com account has been created, return to nationals.com/access
  4. Log in using your username and password for the first time

Follow the steps below to change your password:

  1. Click "Trouble Logging In" and enter your username in the pop-up window
  2. A temporary password will be sent to your email
  3. Go to MLB.com and log in with your username and temporary password
  4. Update your password
  5. Return to nationals.com/access and log in using your username and newly updated password

Partners

A partner is defined as anyone with whom you share seats on your plan. By inviting someone as a partner on your account, you will be able transfer tickets directly to them. After accepting your official partner invite, they will be able to independently manage their own tickets, load their own eCASH and redeem their own Red Carpet Rewards points.

Returning Partners
Returning partners can activate your account simply by logging in, confirming your personal information and agreeing to the 2021 Terms and Conditions.

Inviting New Partners
Partners must be set up in your Access account to receive all of their great benefits and then also set up as a "Friend" on the "Tickets" page to receive their tickets from you. Please follow the instructions below to set up new partners for the 2021 season. If you are keeping your partner list from the 2020 season then please jump to the instructions on "Forward Tickets".

To share concession discounts and Red Carpet Rewards points:

  • Login to your Access account
  • Click on your account on the top menu
  • Click on "Partners"
  • Click on the "Add New Partner" icon and enter your Partner's name and email address and click "Add New Partner"
  • Your Partner will receive an email with your invitation request
  • To add more than one partner, simply repeat the above steps
  • Click on "Tickets" on the top menu and then follow the instructions for "Forwarding Tickets"

Receiving Partner Invites
Follow these steps to receive a partner invite:
Receive partner invitation request from the primary account through [email protected]

  1. Go to nationals.com/access
  2. Click "I've received Partner Invitation" on the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter the Partner Code and Partner Secret Code included in your email invitation
  4. Enter your MLB account credentials
  5. Find the "Connected" account and select "Login"
  6. Agree to the 2021 Terms and Conditions
  7. Select how you would like to receive real time updates from the Nationals throughout the season
  8. Complete the process and you will automatically be logged into your online account

Removing Partners
Follow these steps to remove a partner:

  1. Click on the "Account" icon on the top menu and then select "Partner"
  2. Select the trash can icon next to the partner you wish to remove
  3. The link between your accounts will be disabled
