NATS PLUS Member Credentials

What are NATS PLUS credentials?

Member credentials are the newest way to identify you as a NATS PLUS Member. Primary account holders are provided this credential to proudly wear around their necks while at Nationals Park. The credentials are also barcoded and serve as another way to access your primary account's eCASH when your mobile phone isn't accessible. Credentials are issued one per seat for each account and are all tied to the same eCASH account.

Do I have to use my credential?

No. We think they are pretty cool but your eCASH is always accessible through the MLB Ballpark app if you choose to not wear the credential.

What about my account partners?

Official ticket partners are a huge benefit of being a NATS PLUS Member. We understand that they enhance the season plan holder experience. Ticket partners will continue to receive great benefits like exchanges, access to eCASH, Red Carpet Rewards, etc. However, in 2019, credentials are a benefit that solely belongs to primary account holders. Official partners can access all of their tickets, rewards, and eCASH through the MLB Ballpark app.

What happens if I lose my credential?

Since all of your credentials are linked by the same eCASH barcode, should you lose all of them or just one, please visit the Season Plan Holder Lounge, behind Section 139, on your next visit to Nationals Park and our Membership Services team can provide you with new barcodes for each of your credentials. Please have all remaining credentials and identification on your person at this time.

Can I use my credential to gain access into Nationals Park?

No. Credentials are not tickets or cards, and therefore cannot be used to scan into Nationals Park. Please use the MLB Ballpark app or log into your Access account to print your tickets.
