2019 NATS PLUS Members

Managing your tickets is now easier than ever! Simply visit then log into your account using your username and password. Follow the steps below to exchange, transfer, sell, or donate your tickets.

2019 Ticket Exchange Program

Ticket exchanges must be finalized at least 72 hours (three full days) prior to the scheduled start time of both games in the exchange.

NEW FOR 2019: Tickets may be exchanged only once and are exchanged on a dollar-for-dollar quantity. You will have the ability to take the value of two tickets and convert them into a single ticket at a higher price point.
Tickets can be exchanged at the same ticket price or at a lesser value, based on availability at the time the tickets are exchanged. Tickets can also be exchanged dollar-for-dollar at a higher value. Additional payment is required for seat upgrades via credit card.
Locations are subject to availability and refunds will not be given for downgrades.
Parking passes are eligible to be exchanged and are based on availability. All exchanged tickets & parking will arrive via email.
Exchanges are not available over the phone, by mail or by email.
All exchange dates are subject to blackout and any game may become a blackout at any time.
The maximum number of exchange transactions allowed per season for Full Season Members is 20, Half Season Members is 15 and Partial Plan Members is 5. Tickets issued through the Ticket Exchange Program may not be resold.
Red Carpet Rewards tickets and parking passes are not eligible for exchange.
Season Plan Holders can exchange tickets via their Access account at Once in your Access account, click on "Tickets" and follow the instructions provided.

EXCHANGE EXAMPLE A: current date/time is Saturday, June 1 at 10:15 a.m. You may exchange into or out of tickets dated Tuesday, June 4 or later (the June 4 game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.). 
EXCHANGE EXAMPLE B: current date/time is Sunday, September 1 at 2:45 p.m. You may exchange into or out of tickets dated Thursday, September 5 or later (the Wednesday, September 4 game is scheduled for 1:05 p.m., which is within the 72-hour window).

Managing Tickets Through Your Access Account

Managing your season tickets has never been easier as a NATS PLUS Member. With an updated portal, updated MLB Ballpark app, and new integrations we've streamlined the entire process. Here are some guides to help you navigate the updated systems:

Adding Partners

With an updated portal, we have a new process for setting up your account partners. Partners must be setup in Access to receive all of their great benefits & then also setup as a "Friend" on the "Tickets" page to receive their tickets from you. Please follow the instructions below to setup new partners for the 2019 season. If you are keeping your partner list from the 2018 season then please jump to the instructions on "Forward Tickets" on the next page. 

To share concession discounts & Red Carpet Rewards points:

  • Login to your Access account
  • Click on your account on the top menu
  • Click on "Partners"
  • Click on "Add Partner" icon and enter your Partner's name and email address and click "Accept Partner"
  • Your Partner will receive an email with your invitation request
  • To add more than one partner, simply repeat the above steps
  • Click on "Tickets" on the top menu and then follow the instructions for "Forwarding Tickets"

Forwarding Tickets

  1. Login to your Access account 
  2. Click on "Tickets" on the top menu
  3. Click the "My Ticket Inventory" tab along the top
  4. From the "Ticket Action" drop down menu, select Forward Tickets
  5. Next, click the small triangle next to the game date for which you would like to forward your tickets
  6. Check the boxes for any tickets and/or parking passes you would like to forward
    • If you would like to send tickets from multiple games, simply click the additional game date and mark the check box for the tickets you would like to forward
  7. If you wish to forward tickets to a new friend, you must click the "New Friend" button to assign a new friend to your account
  8. Fill in the required information and click the "Save Changes" button
    • If you already have friends assigned to your account, they will appear in the "Your Friends" list
  9. After your tickets are selected, select the friend to forward your tickets to from the: Your Friends" column
  10. Once all of your tickets are assigned to "Friends", click the "Continue" button in the bottom right
    • You will see the number of tickets for your "Friend" change to the number of tickets that you are forwarding them, and the tickets in your inventory will change from "Active Tickets" to your friend's name
    • If you are done, click "Continue"
  11. On the Review screen you may add a note to your friend(s)
  12. After reviewing for accuracy click "Forward Tickets" to complete the forward

Recall Tickets

You may Recall previously forwarded tickets and return them to your Ticket Inventory:

  1. Click the "My History" tab, choose "Forwards" and click the "Forward ID" that contains the ticket(s) you want to recall
  2. Click the checkboxes to select the tickets you wish to recall
  3. Click "Recall Tickets"
  4. Enter a message to your friend, and click "Recall Tickets" to complete the Recall. You will now have access to take actions on this recalled ticket in your "My Ticket Inventory" tab

Sell on StubHub

  1. Log in to your Access account
  2. Click on "Tickets" on the top menu
  3. Click on "My Ticket Inventory" tab
  4. Select "Sell on StubHub" from the "Ticket Action" drop down
  5. Select the games dates that you want to sell
  6. Click "Continue"

Exchange Tickets

We recommend using a desktop or laptop as this service may not be compatible with all mobile devices or tablets. (The recommended browser to use is Google Chrome.)

  1. Log in to your Access account
  2. Click on "Tickets" on the top menu
  3. Click on "My Ticket Inventory" 
  4. Select "Exchange Tickets" in the "Ticket Action" dropdown menu
  5. Select the tickets from your inventory that you wish to exchange
  6. Click "Continue" to view the games that are eligible for your exchange and select the one you wish to attend
  7. Click "Select this Event" to navigate to the seat selection process
  8. Confirm your event selection and checkout
