Transfer Policy

Campers are welcome to transfer to any session that has availability.

Credit Policy

In the event an enrolled camper is unable to attend the camp session for which he/she is registered, the camper may receive a full credit of deposit(s) paid towards Yankees Camp tuition for any available 2020 camp session (on-site or virtual) or 2021 camp sessions. The Yankees Summer Camp Customer Service team needs to be informed of this request no later than Sunday, July 12, 2020 by emailing [email protected] or by calling (212) 381-7786.

Refunds

If your enrolled camper’s registered session is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19 related circumstances, we will provide families with the choice to apply their 2020 Yankees Camp deposit(s) and a 10% bonus credit on monies paid towards a Yankees Baseball Camp through the end of 2021 or receive a full refund for monies paid to date for the impacted session. The Yankees Summer Camp Customer Service team needs to be informed of your decision no later than Sunday, July 12, 2020 by emailing [email protected] or by calling (212) 381-7786. Requested refunds will be processed 14 business days following submission of your decision. Refunds will not be offered for deposit(s) paid for any sessions that operate according to schedule.

Virtual Camp Policies

Transfer Policy

Campers are welcome to transfer to any virtual session that has availability. The Yankees Summer Camp Customer Service team needs to be informed of this request no later than 12pm EST the Friday preceding the enrolled camp session by emailing [email protected] or by calling (212) 381-7786.

Refund

Due to limited enrollment and popularity of Yankees Baseball Summer Camps programs no refunds will be offered. Yankees Baseball Summer Camps reserves the right to switch campers to a different time slot in the same week of camp.
