This Fan Information Guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about St. Louis Cardinals/Busch Stadium offerings and accommodations. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use. Enjoy the season!
A
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is readily available on all levels and in all price categories of Busch Stadium. To purchase tickets for accessible seating, go to cardinals.com, call (314) 345-9000 and a Ticket Sales Representative will be available to help you. Tickets may also be exchanged prior to a game date or on the day of a game at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows located on 8th Street near Gate 3. For more information, please visit cardinals.com/accessible. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
Alcoholic Beverage Service
The Cardinals and SportService encourage all guests who consume alcohol to do so in a safe and responsible manner. Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Busch Stadium.
- Missouri State Law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.
- Any guest who appears to be 30 years of age or younger must present one of the following forms of identification:
- Show a valid, and unexpired state photo driver's license
- Show a valid and unexpired MISSOURI or ILLINOIS ONLY state photo ID card
- Show a valid and unexpired military ID card
- Show a valid and unexpired Passport.
- Beer sales are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per transaction.
- Beer service will conclude at the end of the 8th inning at concession stands as well as from vendors. Service in designated private areas concludes at the end of the game.
- No alcohol will be served or sold to an intoxicated guest.
- Underage drinking will not be tolerated and offenders are subject to arrest.
- All alcohol must be consumed prior to exiting the stadium.
Announcements and Paging
Messages explaining policies and procedures will be made periodically throughout the stadium. Paging over the stadium public address system is for medical emergencies and is available by contacting Guest Relations.
Autograph Requests
Autograph sessions for guests may be scheduled throughout the year. The Cardinals cannot fulfill requests for autographs on balls hit into the stands.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
Bank of America Automatic Teller Machines are located throughout Busch Stadium.

Bag Policy
In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may bring in items such as: bags, purses and soft-sided coolers not exceeding 10" x 8" x 10". See Prohibited Items for more information.
Ballpark Village
Ballpark Village is a first-of-its-kind sports anchored entertainment district. Located just across Clark Street from Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village provides many options for dining, drinks and entertainment.

Cardinals Nation (#CardsNation)
Cardinals Nation, a 30,000 square foot venue at Ballpark Village, is the official headquarters for Cardinals guest to stay connected to the team year-round. It is comprised of four key elements:

The Cardinals Museum boasts one of the largest team-specific collections of artifacts and memorabilia in the world and its seven galleries take you on a chronological journey through the rich history of the club.

- Hold an authentic bat used by a Cardinals great in the "Holding History" area.

Admission is free for ticketholders in the Hoffmann Brothers Rooftop and Cardinals Nation ticketed areas during home games.
Museum admission is included in Busch Stadium Classic Tour tickets.

Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar
Enjoy world championship service and catch all the action on over 50 flat-screen TVs, dine on one of our three patio decks or grab a seat at one of the four full-service bars. This two-story restaurant space is filled with Cardinals history and memories. Bringing an old school vibe to a contemporary dining experience, the Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar is great for family, friends and guests of all ages.

Banners/Signs
Banners may be displayed as long as they do not hinder or interfere with a ball in play or distract or interfere with the view of another guest. Banners may not be displayed in fair territory, be obscene or in poor taste, attract abuse or cause a disturbance among other guests. They should be baseball-oriented and not commercial/political in nature, unless the Cardinals have granted permission. Also, banners may not be paraded around the Stadium or hung over the field boxes on the field level. The Cardinals reserve the right to remove any banner, sign or flag.

Cameras/Video Equipment
Both still and video cameras for personal use are allowed in Busch Stadium provided that they do not interfere with the game or obstruct another guest's view. Camera lenses longer than the length of the camera body are prohibited in Busch Stadium. Tripods and monopods are prohibited to non-credentialed guests. Backpack camera bags are prohibited. Per MLB restrictions, recording of any field activity is strictly prohibited. The team name, logos and player likenesses are copyrighted material, none of which may be published without prior written consent of the Cardinals, MLB and other applicable third party rights holders. Persons deemed to be violating these rules may be escorted from the ballpark. The Cardinals reserve the right to ask guests to put cameras and video equipment away.
Cardinals Authentics Exclusive Memorabilia Shop
Cardinals Authentics specializes in official, game-used, limited-editions and autographed collectibles and memorabilia direct from the club. The shop is located inside Busch Stadium in the Ford Plaza just north of Gate 6 and climate controlled for a comfortable shopping experience. It is only open to ticketed guests from the concourse during home games from the time the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends. Otherwise guests can visit our second location on the first floor of Cardinals Nation in Ballpark Village. It is open during all games and open 1 hour after the game ends. Cards Cash
The "Cards Cash" program allows guests to add a dollar value to game tickets and is redeemable at any concession or retail location in the Ballpark. This value is stored in the barcode of the tickets and is valid only at the game for which it was purchased.
Cards Cash can be added to individual game tickets or to group ticket packages at the time of purchase. It may also be included in some season tickets as well as "ticket packs".
Guests who have questions about the program should be directed to the Inside Advanced Ticket Windows.
Cashless Transactions
Concession stands, kiosks and other retail transactions made in the stadium will be cashless and only offer credit and debit payment options. Debit cards will be available for purchase using cash with no service fees at the following concession locations:
- 8th Street Market – Level 1 near the West Ramp
- Broadway Market – Level 1 across from Gate 6
- Terrace Market – Level 4 - Section 450
Cellular Phones
Guests are welcome to use cell phones in Busch Stadium provided their use does not disturb other guests.
Changing Table Stations
Baby changing tables are available in most Busch Stadium restrooms, family restrooms, and family rooms. Guests in need of an adult changing table should be directed to First Aid Level 1.
Charging Stations
Busch Stadium Charging Stations are presented by ATB Technologies, giving fans the opportunity to charge their phone while at the game. The Charging Stations are located in Sections 132, 141 (1764 Craft Bar), 150 (Backstop Bar), 250 (Redbird Club), and 359 (Perficient Porch).
Chewing Tobacco
In compliance with the St. Louis City ordinance and Busch Stadium policy, the use of smokeless tobacco, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products at professional, collegiate, high school and organized amateur sporting events is prohibited.
Clergy Tickets

Cardinals Care Auctions
Cardinals Care Online Auctions are held every Tuesday and Friday home games, as well as Opening Day, the last game of the regular season, and every Postseason home game. Each online auction begins at 9:00am CT the first day of a Home Series and ends the last day of that Home Series at 9:00pm CT. Items will be on display at Cardinals Care Auction tables inside Busch Stadium (Gate 3, Gate 1, Champions Club, Redbird Club, and Cardinals Club) for fans to view in person. Fans can visit cardinals.com/ccauctions for more information and to bid on items. Items won by fans will be shipped to them.
Donate to Cardinals Care
Fans can support Cardinals Care in its mission of caring for kids in the community by making a tax-deductible contribution online at cardinals.com/community. Questions should be emailed to [email protected].
Grants
Funds raised through Cardinals Care charitable events allow Cardinals Care to financially support area nonprofits through the annual grant program. 50/50 Raffle
The Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle, presented by DraftKings at Casino Queen, is a chance for Cardinals fans to test their luck all while making a difference in the community. The 50/50 is held during Friday, Saturday and Sunday home games. Fans can purchase tickets in stadium at a 50/50 Kiosk, from a 50/50 roaming seller, or by visiting cardinals.com/5050. Fans not at the game, as long as they are in the state of Missouri at the time of purchase, can buy tickets online. To purchase, fans must be 18 or older.
Each raffle, one winner will collect half of the total winnings while the other half will help support Cardinals Care's work with youth in the local community. The winning ticket number will be announced during the 8th inning the day the raffle closes, and can also be found on the scoreboard and ribbon boards, online at cardinals.com/5050 or via the 50/50 hotline at (314) 345-9661. Community Ticket Program
Each year, the Cardinals distribute thousands of free tickets through the Community Ticket Program, which is designed to provide complimentary tickets to non-profit and community based organizations that may not otherwise have the resources or opportunity to attend a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. Costume Policy
Costumes of any kind that cover the head/face, including face paint, are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. All other costumes are subject to inspection upon entry or at any time over the course of a game/event at the discretion of stadium personnel.

The Cardinals are happy to help non-profit groups and their fundraising efforts through a donation of a ticket voucher good for two tickets to a regular season Cardinals game whenever possible. Due to the high volume of requests received, please fill out a donation request at least 6 weeks in advance online at cardinals.com/donations.
Guidelines and Procedures:
- Organizations must complete a Cardinals Donation Request Form ONLINE at cardinals.com/donations to be considered for a donation.
- Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
- Requests must be received eight (8) weeks prior to your event. We cannot fulfill requests without proper advanced notification.
- Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period. Please do not send duplicate requests.
- Due to overwhelming demands, we have to limit our donations to organizations within the following states; MO, OK, KS, IA, IL, KY, TN, AR, IN, MS.
PLEASE NOTE: A submitted request does not guarantee a donation. No phone calls please.
Other Pertinent Information:
- Approved requests will receive one (1) voucher for two (2) tickets to a Cardinals game.
- All denied requests will receive notification via e-mail.
- We are unable to place or answer follow-up calls regarding donation requests.
- Donations may only be made to non-profit, charitable 501 (c) (3) organizations.
- We are unable to donate to for-profit companies -- including employee appreciation days/holiday events.
- We are unable to make monetary donations, purchase program ads, or buy sponsor tables at events. If you are interested in monetary support please contact Cardinals Care about a grant application.
Drop-Off/Pick Up
Guests who are arriving at the ballpark via rideshare, taxi, or personal vehicles can be dropped off on the west side of the building on 8th St. north of Gate 3 or on the east side of the building on Broadway, just south of Spruce St. Guests who are leaving the ballpark ria rideshare, taxi or personal vehicles can be picked up on the east side of the building on Broadway, just south of Spruce St.

Electronic Cigarettes
Electronic cigarettes are not to be used inside Busch Stadium; In compliance with the St. Louis City ordinance and Busch Stadium policy, the use of smokeless tobacco, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products at professional sporting events is prohibited.
Electronics
Radios, personal televisions, laptops, iPads and tablets are allowed in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Elevators/Escalators
For the convenience of our guests, elevators and escalators are located throughout Busch Stadium. Please refer to our directional signage for specific locations. Guests with disabilities are given priority for elevator use.
Exit/Re-Entry
Once guests have had their tickets scanned and have entered Busch Stadium, they must proceed to either Gate 1 or Gate 4 to receive a hand stamp if they want to exit and re-enter the stadium. Guests with a hand stamp and valid event ticket can re-enter the stadium at any gate from the times gate open until 90 minutes after scheduled first pitch. All guests will have bags inspected and be screened via walk through metal detector upon re-entry.

Family Pavilion
The Hi-Chew Family Pavilion is located on Level 1 between Gates 5 and 6. The Hi-Chew Family Pavilion features a variety of fun activities for kids of all ages.
The Family Pavilion is open approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to each game and closes in the bottom of the 8th inning. All guests with a day-of-game ticket are admitted to this area free of charge; however, there is a fee to participate in some of the games and activities.

- Family Restrooms
Family restrooms provide private areas for guests with children and offer baby changing tables and a room for nursing suite. These restrooms are also available for use by disabled guests.
Family Rooms
These rooms are located at Section 160 or 348, and the Family Pavilion. These rooms can accommodate nursing parents, families that need a quiet location, or an area to change a diaper.
Firearms/Weapons
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in Busch Stadium.
First Game Certificate
Guests may print first game certificates at home by visiting cardinals.com/firstgame.
First Aid
The First Aid Stations in Busch Stadium are located on Level 1 behind Section 147 and on Level 4 in Section 351. The First Aid stations are a service to guests and employees who are in need of medical assistance. No medications or treatments can be dispensed outside of the First Aid stations. Also, minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment.
Food
Guests may bring their own food & drinks into Busch Stadium for all games. Most food items are permitted, but guests should consider our bag policy when deciding what food to bring. Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda in factory sealed clear plastic containers no larger than 2 liters are allowed. Food & beverages from the outside will not be permitted in the Cardinals Club, Luxury Suites, Party Suites or any of our other All Inclusive Areas. Foul Balls/Home Runs
Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls leaving the playing field. Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is subject to ejection. The Cardinals are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs on home run or foul balls. If a fan catches a ball on the fly, they are awarded with a foul ball contract.

Gift Cards
Cardinals Gift Cards are available for purchase at cardinals.com/giftcards as well as the Team Store and Cardinals Nation. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any concession stand, team store, ticket window, Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Museum or for tickets at cardinals.com/tickets. E-Gift Cards are also available for purchase online and can be ordered with value between $25 - $2,500. E-Gift cards are printed by the recipient on their own printer and feature a barcode that can be used at the same sales channels as the physical gift cards.

Ground Rules for Fans
The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to creating a safe, clean, fun, family-friendly ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a family environment.
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from disruptive behavior, foul/abusive/derogatory language, including betting-related speech and behavior, or obscene gestures.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- Guests will sit in their ticketed seat and show their ticket when requested.
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
- Guests will comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures.
The St. Louis Cardinals appreciate that all guests observe our Ground Rules for Fans while attending ball games at Busch Stadium. Working together with our fans to provide a positive experience is our goal. Please contact the nearest usher if for any reason another guest is interfering with your enjoyment of the game.
Guests who choose not to adhere to these Ground Rules may be in violation of stadium/city ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead to ejection and/or arrest.

Guest Relations
The Guest Relations Centers are located on Level 1, Section 148 behind homeplate and Level 4 behind section 340 and Ford Plaza near the Sensory Room and are staffed by specially trained ushers. Guests may obtain information about Busch Stadium events, promotions, directions to areas both inside and outside of the Stadium; locations of various concession and souvenir stands; and answers to other questions as well. Guest Relations are also the location for lost children, people separated from their groups, and lost and found articles. Hearing impaired guests may use a TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) at this location.
In addition, guests may register any complaints at the Guest Relations Centers and receive immediate attention.

Hall of Fame
The St. Louis Cardinals and Edward Jones have teamed up to honor the greatest Cardinals players in the club's history. The Cardinals Hall of Fame presented by Edward Jones resides on the second level of Cardinals Nation just outside the Cardinals Museum and features the plaques of each inductee. This gallery is free to explore and is available to see when the Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar is open.

St. Louis Cardinals Alumni Kids Clinics are a great way for kids (ages 7-13) to learn the fundamentals of baseball the Cardinals way. Each clinic is taught by former Cardinals players and coaches. These half-day clinics are held throughout St. Louis' surrounding areas and run from June - August. For more information, visit cardinals.com/clinics or call (314) 345-9443.
Kids Club
The Cardinals Kids Club, presented by Rawlings and Hi-Chew, is the official fan club for children 13 and under. Memberships are $33 and include exclusive merchandise, unique experiences, and a voucher good for two (2) tickets to a 2024 Cardinals home game (some restrictions apply) and much more! Fans can visit the Kids Club tent in Ford Plaza during every Cardinals home game. Laser Light/Pointers
Laser lights are not only distracting, they may also interfere with the game, as well as be harmful to the eyes if used improperly. Therefore, laser lights are not permitted in Busch Stadium. Any such devices will be confiscated and the person may face ejection from the game.
Lost and Found
Found articles may be turned in at either Guest Relations Level 1 or Level 4. Items will be entered into our Lost and Found system and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. Guests needing assistance retrieving Lost and Found items during non-game hours may visit cardinals.com/lostandfound call (314) 345-9882 or email [email protected].
Lost Children/Adults
Please take all lost children/adults to Guest Relations. Guests should report any missing person at our Guest Relations Centers. Guest Relations staff will work closely with all game personnel to help locate the missing individual(s).

Marriage Proposals
Proposals are only available on non-game days. Guests may contact Special Events for more details at [email protected] or (314) 345-9630.
Metal Detectors
As security threats continue to evolve and grow, so does the need for security solutions. As a result, the Cardinals and Major League Baseball have implemented the use of walk through metal detectors at all entrances to Busch Stadium to ensure the safety of all guests. As part of the process, guests will have to remove cell phones, cameras and other large metal objects before passing through the detectors. Guests in wheelchairs and those with medical devices that may set off the detector are subject to alternative screening methods. Guests will still be required to have their bags inspected prior to entering the stadium.
Metrolink
The closest Metrolink station is next to the Westin on the 8th Street side of the stadium. Metrolink normally runs until midnight. If the Cardinals game goes past midnight, Metrolink will continue running until the downtown platform is cleared. For Metrolink and Bus schedules call (314) 231-2345.
Military Tickets
The Cardinals are proud to offer one complimentary ticket to active, reserve and retired U.S. Military personnel for games during the regular season. For info on how to register go to cardinals.com/military. Tickets are based on availability. Blackout dates may apply. Tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark App.

Noisemaker Policy
Busch Stadium policy states that all artificial noisemakers are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. Items may be confiscated and disposed of by stadium personnel. Items include, but are not limited to the following: cowbells, airhorns, and Thunderstix.
Nursing Rooms
A parent may nurse their child in any public location where they are otherwise authorized to be. For private accommodations, fans can be escorted to the nursing suite in the Family Pavilion, a Family Room at Section 160 or 348, or First Aid.

Parking
If you are entering the ballpark through Gate 2, 3, or 4, the best place to park is on or near 8th Street. If entering through Gates 1, 5 or 6, the best place is on or near Broadway.
Gameday parking is available for purchase through the Cardinals. Individual game parking can be purchased for the Starr Lot, adjacent to Gate 2 on the south side of Busch Stadium. For details, visit cardinals.com/parking.
Postponed Games
If a game is postponed due to weather or other reasons, it will be rescheduled for a future date. Tickets are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Guests should retain their original tickets for use with the official policy that the Cardinals will announce at the time the game is postponed. Guests may also visit cardinals.com for up-to-date game reschedule information. In the event of a rain delay, alcohol services will end 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled game time.
Prohibited Items
In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may bring in items such as: bags, purses and soft-sided coolers not exceeding 10" x 8" x 10"; food, non-alcoholic beverages in factory-sealed plastic bottles no larger than 2 liters; empty cups, mugs or plastic bottles.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to the following items:
- Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beer
- Aluminum cans/bottles, glass bottles/items, metal cans
- Animals (with the exception of service dogs or other service animals trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability or other service animal expressly authorized under applicable law)
- Bags larger than 10" x 8" x 10", Guests are encouraged to limit bags for stadium entry. Exceptions will be made for medical bags and diaper bags with a child. All bags will be inspected upon entry.
- Balloons, beach balls and other inflatables
- Brooms
- Chairs, stools, including bleacher seats with backs
- Commercial camera equipment (lenses longer than length of the camera body), including video cameras, tripods and monopods
- Containers - aerosol cans (i.e. hairspray, sunscreen), aluminum or glass cans/bottles, glass cans/bottles, flasks, non-factory sealed plastic bottles larger than 2 liters
- Coolers - hard-sided and Styrofoam coolers, soft-sided coolers larger than 10" x 8" x 10", hard plastic inserts for soft-sided coolers
- Drones
- Face paint, costume masks, and any other costume that covers the head/face
- Firearms
- Fireworks
- Flag poles, PVC pipe and other poles
- Flasks
- Hover boards/skate boards/roller skates, roller blades
- Illegal substances
- Knives longer than 4 inches when unopened
- Laser pointers/lights
- Luggage
- Noisemakers of any kind, including, but not limited to air horns, cowbells, and Thunderstix
- Obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing
- Stun guns/tasers
- Weapons of any kind
- Wrapped packages
Exceptions may be made to the above list and are at the discretion of Busch Stadium Management and Event Staff Personnel.
The St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to deny entry to a guest if management feels an item may be a hazard to the safety of other guests and/or employees. We appreciate that all guests adhere to the above list and work together with stadium personnel so everyone can enjoy the game.
Promotional Items
A limited number of premium giveaway items will be issued for certain games to fans who meet specific promotion requirements. Each fan must have a game day ticket and pass through a turnstile to receive the item. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of a giveaway item. The Cardinals' award-winning publications are available from vendors located at each gate, from the time gates open until the top of the 3rd. Thereafter, they can be purchased at the Team Store of merchandise cart locations throughout Busch Stadium.

Radios and Personal Televisions
Guests are allowed to have radios and personal televisions, as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.

Family/all gender restrooms provide areas for guests with children and offer baby changing tables, available for use by guests with disabilities, or guests requesting a private restroom.

Taxi and rideshare pickups are located on the east side of the stadium on Broadway just south of Spruce Street.

Scoreboard Messages
Fans may enter birthday and military messages for free at cardinals.com/scoreboard. Messages are due 48 hours before the game requested. Messages for Saturday and Sunday games must be posted by noon on Thursday. For Military Salute requests, please visit cardinals.com/militarysalute.
Season Ticket Holders
The Cardinals greatly value our Season Ticket Holders. There are three types of plans, Full, Half and 27-game plans. Season Ticket Holder benefits include but are not limited to:

Sensory Room
Sponsored by Mercy, the sensory room can accommodate guests that need a controlled and intentionally created space that provides multi-sensory resources to support an adult or child. This room is located in Ford Plaza near Gate 5.
This area was constructed with the intent to provide a safe space for those with sensory processing needs. Guests will find items in this room that provide a safe and relaxing environment, while stimulating or calming specific senses.
1-2 families are permitted into the Sensory Room at one time. Each family has a 30 minute time limit to accommodate all guests needing to utilize the room. For more information, visit cardinals.com/sensoryroom.
Service Animals
Service dogs (or other service animals expressly authorized under applicable law) that are trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability are welcome at Busch Stadium.
Smoking
The use of all tobacco products and electronic cigarettes/vaporizers is prohibited in Busch Stadium. A designated smoking area is set up at Gate 1 to allow guests access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. The designated smoking area is open from gate opening until the end of the 8th inning.

Solicitation
Guests shall not solicit or distribute literature on stadium property without consent from the St. Louis Cardinals.
This includes, but is not limited to political literature, pamphlets, tickets (raffle or otherwise); memberships in outside organizations, clubs, societies, etc.; fund-raising activities for groups or organizations, gifts, parties, etc.; and sale of cosmetics, household goods, food or other products.
Spectators on the Playing Field
Spectators are not permitted on any part of the playing field. Spectators are also not permitted to throw anything onto the field. This is a St. Louis City Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.

Strollers
Guests with strollers are welcome in Busch Stadium; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. Strollers should be stored under the guest's seat or may be checked at Guest Relations.

Located at the corner of 8th and Clark St. between Gate 3 and Gate 4, The Official Cardinals Team Store features the areas best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise.
The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday-Saturday.
The Official Cardinals Team Store will be closed to the public during home games. The concourse doors will be for re-entry only to ticketed guests.
The Team Store will close approximately 1 hour after the game.
Free parking for Team Store customers is available on non-game days along 8th street – near the ticket windows.

Team Travel
The front office is unable to disclose any information regarding the St. Louis Cardinals hotels or travel.
Texting
Guests can instantly and discreetly alert stadium personnel to any issues and more by simply sending a brief text message. Within seconds, the message is received and stadium personnel can monitor and quickly respond to the problem. For security and guess service concerns, text the issue and location to (314) 300-1000.
Ticket Resolution Windows
Guest Relations should not be confused with the Ticket Resolution Windows. The Ticket Resolution Windows are located behind Section 161 and handle all ticket problems and issues for that particular game.

Rescheduled Games
Tickets for games, which are postponed and rescheduled as either a split doubleheader or on an open date, are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Retain ticket stubs for use with the announced policy.
Ticket Reprint Policy
Regular Season
Reprints for lost, forgotten, or stolen tickets purchased through the St. Louis Cardinals can be requested by calling 314-345-9000 or by visiting the St. Louis Cardinals Box Office. Only the valid account holder may request tickets to be reprinted. Customers whose tickets are stolen should provide a copy of the official police report. All reprints are done at the sole discretion of the St. Louis Cardinals and subject to a fee*.
Postseason
All reprints will be subject to a $20 per ticket fee*, and all ticket reprints are done at the sole discretion of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Transport Assistance
Transportation may be provided to guests who require assistance. Transport carts or wheelchairs will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. Any employee can call transports (x5413) from a house phone to add a guest to the list of transports. Assistance will be given as carts become available. No transport carts are allowed outside of Busch Stadium.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are allowed inside Busch Stadium should rain be forecast and on hot days, provided they do not interfere with the view of other guests.

Visiting Team Fans
Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection.

Weapons
Weapons are not permitted in Busch Stadium. An off-duty St. Louis City or County police officer wishing to carry their firearm must use the 320 S. 8th Street entrance. For more information regarding weapons, please see cardinals.com/security.
Wi-Fi

Will Call
8th Street Ticket Windows
All paid and complimentary tickets can be picked up at the 8th Street ticket windows. A valid ID that matches the Will Call name is required to receive tickets.
During the season the 8th Street ticket windows are open Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and are also open for all home games from 10:00am until 1-1/2 hours after game time. Off-season hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
