Tower Federal Credit Union Home Run Ticket Giveaway Promotion

1. Sponsor. The “Tower Federal Credit Union Home Run Ticket Giveaway Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by the Baltimore Orioles Limited Partnership (“Club”) and presented by Tower Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open only to individuals who are original purchasers of a valid, paid ticket for a seat located in Section 84 or Section 86 (the “Tower Federal Credit Union Bird Bath”) for the applicable Orioles regular season home game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards (the “Ballpark”). For purposes of this Promotion, “original purchaser” means the individual whose name and contact information are associated with the ticket purchase in the Club’s ticketing system.

3. How to Participate; No Purchase Necessary. Original purchasers of tickets in Section 84 or Section 86 are automatically eligible for the Promotion when attending the applicable game. No separate purchase or entry is required to receive the Prize if the Promotion is triggered. Void where prohibited.

4. Promotion Period; Triggering Event. The Promotion applies only during Orioles regular season home games designated by the Club as offering this Promotion. If, during such a game, an Orioles player hits a fair home run that lands in the seating area or platform of Section 84 or Section 86 (the Tower Federal Credit Union Bird Bath), as determined by the Club in its sole discretion, the Promotion is triggered. For the avoidance of doubt, a ball that lands on the Bird Bath platform or any area where Mr. Splash stands will trigger the Promotion.

5. Prize. If the Promotion is triggered, the Club will provide a ticket link, courtesy of Tower Federal Credit Union, to original ticket purchasers in Section 84 or Section 86 for that game. The Club will deliver the redemption link to the email address or contact information associated with the original ticket purchase in the Club’s ticketing system. The link will be valid for the redemption of one (1) complimentary ticket to a future Orioles 2026 regular season home game in the Bird Bath or upper level, subject to availability (the “Prize”). Ticket redemptions are valid for select regular season Orioles home games, subject to ticket availability and blackout dates as determined by the Orioles in their sole discretion. Blackout dates and excluded games will be posted from time to time at orioles.com/birdbath and may be updated without notice. Tickets obtained via the link will be designated “Courtesy of Tower Federal Credit Union.”

6. Prize Conditions; Delivery.

a. For purposes of this Promotion, there is a limit of one (1) Prize per eligible game. If more than one qualifying home run is hit into the designated Tower Federal area during the same game, it will still count as a single qualifying event, and only one (1) prize will be awarded for that game.

b. The Club will send the redemption link to the email address or contact information associated with the original ticket purchase in the Club’s ticketing system. The Club will determine the timing of delivery. Fans who purchased tickets through a third-party reseller or whose contact information is not on file with the Club may not receive the link.

c. Prize tickets will be for game(s) and seat location(s) selected by the Club in its sole discretion, are subject to availability, and may be subject to blackout or exclusion dates.

d. Prize tickets are not redeemable for cash, are non refundable, and may not be resold or exchanged, except as permitted by Club policy.

e. Lost, deleted, or undeliverable links or tickets will not be reissued.

7. No Guarantee of Home Run. There is no guarantee that a qualifying home run will occur during any game. If no qualifying home run occurs in Section 84 or Section 86 during a game, no Prize will be awarded for that game.

8. MLB Rules; Release. All applicable Major League Baseball rules and Ballpark policies apply. By participating, fans agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Club, which are final, and release the Club, Sponsor, MLB, and their respective affiliates and personnel from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance or use of any Prize, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Publicity. Where permitted by law, acceptance or use of a Prize constitutes permission for the Club and Sponsor to use the recipient’s name, likeness, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.

10. Sponsor’s Role; No Promotional Obligation. The Promotion is administered solely by the Club. The Sponsor’s role is limited to providing financial support for the Prize. The Sponsor has no contractual obligation to advertise, market, or otherwise promote the Promotion. Any promotional activities related to the Promotion shall be conducted by the Club in its sole discretion.

11. Modification/Cancellation. The Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Official Rules at any time, including due to weather, game cancellation, or other circumstances beyond its control, provided that any change will not materially diminish Prizes already earned.

12. Disputes; Governing Law. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
