This immersive 10 month long associate program is designed to provide hands-on experience in the day-to-day business operations of a Major League Baseball organization. Program participants will select from key departments, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives, fan engagement, community impact, operations, and corporate partnerships in the world of professional sports.
