This remains MLB's most flexible policy. Ticket exchanges will be processed on a "dollar-for-dollar" basis, subject to availability, and must be completed at least one business day prior to the date of the game being returned. Parking may also be exchanged, but inventory is limited so not all accommodations can be met. Ticket exchanges may be done through the My Orioles Account, beginning in the spring.

Skip the lines and enter Oriole Park through the exclusive Birdland Members-Only entrance located at Gate D.

Need more tickets for a particular game? Additional tickets are available at a discounted members-only price.

Members will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets for postseason games played at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Orange Level members can purchase tickets to one game per series. (2020 Subject to Change.)

Unused member tickets can be redeemed through your personal account representative or at the Box Office for a $1 Upper Reserve or $15 LF Lower Box ticket for any Classic or Value game, subject to availability.

Avoid long lines at the Box Office with members-only express ticket windows. On game days, beginning approximately two hours before first pitch, windows 15 and 16 will be exclusively available to Birdland Members.

When Kids Run the Bases is offered to all kids ages 4-14, Birdland Members will be placed in a special line outside Gate D.
