Orioles Theme Nights - FAQ

Q. How does a special Theme Night ticket differentiate from a regular game ticket?

A. In most cases, your special Theme Night ticket will print with specific text related to the Theme Night taking place. Depending on the Theme Night, your ticket may also be printed on ticket stock that includes a tear-off voucher to be redeemed for the promotional item associated with your Theme Night ticket package. When purchasing tickets for a Theme Night event, be sure to read all information displayed on the Theme Night webpage and your confirmation email carefully.

Q. Will I receive instructions and guidelines related to my Theme Night event prior to attending?

A. Approximately one week before the event, you will also be sent an email containing all of the necessary details and pick-up instructions for any promotional item tied into the event. BE SURE TO BRING THE ORIGINAL TICKET YOU RECEIVE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WHEN YOU ATTEND A THEME NIGHT EVENT.

Q. If I buy a regular game ticket to the same game as a Theme Night, will I still receive the giveaway item?

A. No, you will not. The only way to receive a Theme Night promotional item is to purchase the specific special event ticket, which can be done through the Theme Night website.

Q. Does my regular game ticket allow me access to the special event items or events?

A. No, you must purchase a Theme Night game ticket to the specific special event you wish to attend. Your original game ticket does not allow you access to the item or event. There is not a process for exchanging regular game tickets for Theme Night tickets; a separate Theme Night game ticket must be purchased.

Q. I'm a Birdland Member. Do my season tickets include the giveaway items?

A. Season tickets are NOT part of any Theme Night giveaways. However, in some cases our Diamond and Black Level Members will be offered an exclusive pre-sale opportunity to purchase tickets for specific Theme Nights. In addition, all Birdland Members may also purchase a separate Theme Night add-on voucher, while supplies last, to receive a Theme Night item. Please note a game ticket is required and add-on vouchers are very limited and may sell out quickly. Please contact your Personal Account Representative with any questions or concerns.

Q. How will I receive my giveaway item?

A. Theme Night event promotional items can be collected on the day of the game at the assigned distribution location(s). Specific details will be communicated in the confirmation email you receive after purchasing your Theme Night tickets and/or in an email sent to you approximately one week before the event. Make sure that you bring the original ticket with you, as you will not be able to collect your item without it. Theme Night item distribution will always conclude at the end of the 5th Inning, so be sure to arrive before then.

Q. If I have multiple Theme Night game tickets, can I pick up items for other members of my group?

A. If a person is attempting to redeem more than one promotional item, he or she must present an equal number of valid Theme Night game tickets. One person may collect multiple Theme Night game tickets from his or her group and redeem all the items at once, if necessary.

Q. Can I electronically re-sell or forward my Special Events tickets?

A. In most cases, access to any specific areas of the ballpark and/or promotional items will NOT carry over if you electronically forward or re-sell your Theme Night tickets. Fans should always bring the original Theme Night ticket received at the time of purchase with them to the ballpark.
