The ongoing global pandemic continues to affect us every day. As sports and live entertainment continue to take on new forms, we remain hopeful baseball will be played with fans in attendance next season at Ed Smith Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
As we prepare for the 2021 season, we are dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our fans with enhanced precautions and procedures, while ensuring that the value of your investment with the Orioles is protected.
To do so, we are proud to introduce O'surance - a new fan assurance benefit included with every ticket that guarantees your investment in Orioles baseball.
The Orioles are committed to implementing health and safety policies and procedures to help minimize risk and maximize your experience during spring training at Ed Smith Stadium and the regular season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We will be taking the necessary steps and are focused on providing the highest-quality safety measures before, during, and after each game. To help create a safer and more contactless experience at Ed Smith Stadium and Oriole Park, we are committed to, at minimum, implementing and adhering to the recommendations and guidelines set forth by public health officials.
In the event your 2021 seats are impacted due to restricted capacity or reduced number of spring training or regular season home games resulting from the pandemic, we guarantee you will have the option of receiving a credit towards a future purchase or a refund. In the event 2021 spring training or regular season home games require reduced seating capacity, Birdland Members are guaranteed seating opportunities before the general public.
The Orioles will continue to update fans regularly on league announcements and essential team information leading into next season. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Birdland Members are encouraged to connect with their account representative directly.
