In Focus: 2024 Spring Training

Coming off an American League East Championship and a 101-win season, the 2024 Baltimore Orioles came into Spring Training with high expectations for themselves. The first two weeks were spent working out and catching up as players began reporting to their Spring Training home in Sarasota, Fla.

On Saturday, February 24, the O’s kicked off their Spring Training game schedule when they hosted the Boston Red Sox at Ed Smith Stadium. Baltimore won the game, 4-3, thanks to a Colton Cowser walk-off home run.

With less than 30 days until the Birds return to Baltimore, here is a look at what has been happening in Sarasota.
