The start of baseball season will represent the beginning of a return to normalcy as our country and the world recover from this pandemic, and we look forward to the day when we can welcome you back to Oriole Park.
As we wait for baseball's return, we have made available our COVID-19 ticket policy for impacted games through May 31. We know many of you have questions and we appreciate your patience during these challenging times.
What is your ticket policy for games impacted by COVID-19?
While we wait for the safe return of baseball, we are offering fans the option of a 125% credit for impacted games through the end of May, which may be used for future regular season games in 2020, 2021, or 2022.* The Game Credit will be applied automatically, so no action is required.**
What if my circumstances require a different option?
We certainly recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic has created great hardships for many families and businesses. The Orioles will also offer fans the choice of a full refund for the impacted games, if preferred. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days and must be received by June 30, 2020. Fans are encouraged to reach out to their dedicated Orioles representative or call 1-888-848-BIRD to pursue this option.
Which games are considered to be impacted?
At this time, all regular season home games at Oriole Park through May 31, 2020 are considered impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
What will happen to my tickets for games in June and beyond?
Major League Baseball continues to work closely with elected leaders and public health officials to monitor the situation and the Orioles will provide updates regarding the possibility of future impacted games in the 2020 season.
Are there any restrictions or limitations to the credits or bonus credits?
The Game Credit is calculated based on the face value of tickets, only, and is applied to the account holder and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The Game Credit only applies to regular season Orioles ticketing purchases and cannot be redeemed for parking, concessions, merchandise, postseason or other expenses. For Birdland Members, the Birdland Membership must be paid in full in order to obtain the Game Credit.
I purchased single-game tickets at the box office. How should I proceed?
Fans who purchased single-game tickets at the Oriole Park Box Office should send the original game tickets requesting the 125% Game Credit or a refund via certified mail to:

Does this policy include Opening Day?
Opening Day was impacted by COVID-19 and it will be treated in the same manner as all impacted home games in March, April, and May.
What are my options if I purchased tickets through a third-party seller (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for a game date that has passed?
Fans who purchased tickets on StubHub or any other secondary market must contact the customer service staff for that business for inquiries regarding their policy for tickets to impacted games.
How are you helping your part-time, seasonal staff during this period?
The Orioles committed $1 million to support hundreds of Orioles part-time and gameday staff who have been affected by the delayed start of the Major League Baseball season. Funds are being distributed directly to more than 800 seasonal and part-time Orioles employees in both Baltimore and Sarasota. These valued staff members strive to create a first-class fan experience at Camden Yards each summer and at Ed Smith Stadium each spring, and are an integral part of our gameday operations and our Orioles family.
